Two things:

o Please make it so that touching the dPad does not bring up the context menu. You should need to long click for that.
o Saving Episode progress in iCloud to continue on any other ATV in the house.

I believe Trakt will do the second one for you when you get an account and sign in on infuse.

Infuse mimics the standard Apple TV playback controls as much as possible.

Correct. Logging into trakt will allow watched history and playback progress to stay in sync across multiple devices (Infuse Pro only).

Doesn't Trakt cost money for this feature?

I've got a couple hundred .mkv movies on a Synology NAS. I was connected to Infuse via UPNP and it looks like Infuse is recognizing them all as .mpg's and it will not play them. Any ideas?

Probably not related but playing mkvs is unwatchable for me now as it constantly buffers. The only change has been that my Apple TV is no longer plugged directly into the router but over a power line network adapter. I don't see why that should matter though since my speedtest scores haven't changed in the current setup.

Do you have any transcoding settings enabled on your Synology?

You may also try connecting via SMB, which will allow Infuse to access the files directly. This will also allow you to utilize the Library feature in Infuse.

Can you try connecting via Wi-Fi instead of a cable? In almost all cases this will allow for faster transfer speeds.

I can try and will update on the results.

I have always preferred wired for stability reasons. I also have an older AEBS so no AC wifi. Regardless, both n wifi and wired should be more than sufficient bandwidth. What does a blu ray mkv stream at? 8-10 Mbps?

Blu-rays can be 30Mbps or more. Less if they are converted using something like Handbrake.

It would have been nice if Apple included a Gigabit ethernet, but I guess we'll need to wait on the ATV5 for that. ;)

When will nfs-shares be added to the updates?
This will shurely prevent many, many problems with buffer issues!

If there is 1 episode in a folder infuse doesnt show the folder it just shows the episode, while I hate that it gets even worse. If I delete that episode infuse also deletes the folder. Please stop doing this.

@firecore Is there a way to make the GUI more intuitive and flat like Netflix, for lack of better examples. When I click the App I have to chose Library (Movies and Shows from the first screen takes me to a folders with no thumbnails) then Shows or Movies then shows from the different filters... Thanks!

Yes, you can actually set Favorites from any of the items found under the Library item.

For example, you can set a Favorite for quick access to action movies, recently added tv shows, or rated G movies. Just long-press on a category and select the option to add to favorites. You can also set your own artwork for these Favorites by long-pressing on them and choosing the 'Select Artwork' option on the Infuse home screen. ;)

I got tired of Plex and transcoding issues. Just bought this. I like seeing a developer actively discussing their product with it's customers. Don't let me down :)

Now off to building the library.

I may be back with a few questions soon.

Great! Let us know if we can do anything to assist. :)
