They might very well be just in the 10.0 branch of the code for now, or perhaps in the 10.1 branch but just not in what has been released in beta 1.

Play semantics all you want, it remains a nonsensical statement. It's right up there with "From my perspective, Apple doesn't seem to be working on the next iPhone since I have not personally witnessed it."
dont know, its been riddled with problems since they launched it. i guess u tried manually toggling it off in phone settings, then on again? im on iphone 6 currently. since rogers is out of damn stock of the 7+ 32gb, im literally in position 1 for 7+ black 32gb,.. -__-
Ah yeah the only way it works for me is if I disable wifi calling, reboot, enable wifi calling, reboot, and then stare at the carrier name until it HOPEFULLY changes.
And ah new colors are practically impossible to get through reservations. Its best to just check rogers dealers (private) and see what they have in stock.
So basically not zero new features. And this isn't a .1 release, it's just beta 1 of a .1 release.
A question please: is it now possible to remove PhotoBooth app from the iPad?

No you dont, just download the beta profile and the update should be available for OTA download

Brilliant- looks like they're adding a separate control to allow you to disable the "Parallax Effect" and Folder animations on the Home screen but independently enable the new iMessage effects.

I don't think there's enough complaining going on about the new pop-up in Apple Music when you add a song to Up Next (or to the music library, playlist, etc). This stupid pop-up blocks so much of the screen and does not go away on touch, rather it's on a set time. So if you're trying to quickly add some songs to Play Next, it takes FOREVER because you have to wait for that thing to disappear. Why can't this be a small notification at the top of the screen, or no notification at all? It takes up half the screen, exactly where you're trying to work.

Tmo had a massive service outage last night widely discussed. i would try to replicate again later today with normal service conditions.
I must say that this release has resolved quite a few issues on my 6 plus... The watchos 3.1 beta IS ALOT FASTER and SMOOTHER!!!

Mine didn't work on Fido either. Disabled wifi calling, reboot, turn on wifi calling and all of a sudden the wi-fi showed up near Fido. I have carrier update 25.5
