Facebook app is unstable. Sometimes working and sometimes not.

Siri seems to ignore her voice settings.

Watch App isnt allowing any updates as it keeps saying there is no data connection.

Multi-tasking freezes the phone about 25% of the time.

No phone call controls in lock screen.

Bluetooth not working all that well with my BMW any longer.

So far the bad things I'm having:

- Snapchat tends to not allow me to take a snap, have to restart the app every time
- The latest chat I've had on FB Messenger goes under the search bar. I also can't change from the alphabetical order to Online friends, as that option has been hidden (I can see the bottom of the bar, but can't tap it).
- Have a weird multitasking bug - snapchat does it the best - with the red interference with News i'm guessing (video link below). It does this animation on all apps if it's the only one in the multitasking windows.

Otherwise everything else is good for me :)
I'm guessing snap chat and messenger haven't been optimised for iOS 10 yet

My guess is that when you're playing music and want to change something quickly, volume/track or anything that slides, last thing you want is a slide to move you to another screen. Hence why the slide is further to the edge.
Except the whole bottom half of the screen where you are likely swiping is just the album artwork. Plus it's confusing, imagine if you had to swipe from the edge of the screen to swipe between app pages while listening to music.

I had to turn off Raise to Wake because it seemed like every time I moved my phone the screen came on. I felt like that would drain the battery super fast if it's activated so easily. Maybe there will be a way to control the sensitivity at some point!

Really? Can you elaborate? For me it only turns on when I take phone out of pocket to look at it or lift/tilt screen up...

Try to cover the light sensor simulating the iPhone when it's in you pocket. The screen turns on if you move your iPhone.

They should disable the "auto turn on" of the screen if it's covered using the light sensor to avoid the screen from turning on if it's in your pocket

Bugs that I've found:
  1. Inconsistent layout when rotating device
  2. Messages app always pop sketches when tapping message in landscape
  3. TouchId suddenly missing, no fingerprint recorded
  4. When trying to add new fingerprints, got "Failed to setup Touch Id" message
  5. Device got a little bit warm
  6. Facebook icon in Settings app is a little bit blurry

Things I love:
  1. New lock screen is very useful
  2. Notification center widget is better looking and functional
  3. Raise to wake is awesome

I've seen some pretty small bugs here and there, but the one that has bothered me most is where you're using WhatsApp, open the App Switcher, and it freezes. Sometimes for just a few seconds, sometimes for almost a minute. And yes, I said WhatsApp. For some reason it doesn't appear to happen when being in any other app. Strange issue. Wonder what's causing this. :p

Also, Facebook crashes at some points. Not able to replicate this with other apps too.

Alarm clock seems to have some issues. Noticed yesterday morning but thought it might be because I was still sleep! When the alarm goes off, I used to swipe to switch it off, now nothing works but pushing home or power and it then goes into snooze which would not turn off this morning. Despite stopping snooze it carried on alerting me, several notifications, I'm even turned alarm off and on couple times until eventually I rebooted and it's fine again!

Home.app bug when connecting to a Schlage Sense home deadbolt.

Im using the Home.app and the Schlage Sense app. The lock is successfully working using the Schlage app and Siri. I was fiddling with the Home.app and noticed under Favorite Accessories, the lock button was listed as "Not Supported". If i click on the button, it brings me to a menu stating the lock needs a firmware update to work right. Tap "Details" and go into the next menu and then tap "Done" to close it. The button back in the Favorite Accessories menu shows "updating" then shows a connected lock status. I am able to then properly lock/unlock it. Went to control center to check there in the Favorite Accessories, and the "not supported" popped up again and the button changed to reflect this and unable to press it. This starts the cycle of issues all over again. Repeat to reproduce.

I have the same issue with the August Lock.

But if you do the same but with the phone upside down to simulate that the phone is in your pocket then it won't turn on the screen.

Music app drains battery a lot.
Seen the battery go from 34% to 31% in 15 seconds.
I was reading lyrics

I'm very sure more people have noticed this, but every app now has Quick Actions. Those who aren't configured to have by the developer include the Share option. Of course apps that have Quick Actions also include the Share option, except for many built-in apps.

IMG_0995.PNG

Now, it may be quite a useless addition. I mean, it's great timesaver for those who like to share apps from the App Store with others. However, there's another reason why I think the addition of the Share button is a huge step forward in terms of user friendliness. See, before iOS 10 many people would complain that it's hard to find out which apps support Quick Actions. They would constantly press on icons to verify this, with some apps giving a 'error tap' back (because there's no Quick Actions then). With iOS 10, every app supports this. So users do not have to worry anymore, about which app supports Quick Actions and which don't.

Despite being a small change, I think it will make a lot users happy.

By the way, something else I found out is that the Find my Friends icon has been slightly changed, losing that white border. Kinda surprised it's not on the wiki page (has it been found anyway?). :p

I've found some bugs, like the blurry facebook icon. One problem that bothers me is when I try to download the new Siri's voices (accents) from the Siri menu. The download stays at 0% all the time and if I multitask to another app and return to settings in a time, the settings windows crashes.

I don't think that this has been the case in previous iOS versions and I haven't seen it talked about here in this thread. On the iPhone, videos embedded in web pages in Safari can now be played without taking up the whole screen. Pinching to close the video actually just minimizes it back into its embed and it can continue to play there, just like it has worked on the iPad for as long as I can remember. Of course the controls become very small at this point and when tapping on the video, they tend to cover a third to half the video and be a bit cramped. Still, having the ability to either watch or listen to the video while, say, continuing to read an article is nice. Hoping it isn't a bug and this stays.

On the other hand, I've also noticed that some videos (not sure if all) seem to automatically play when you load a web page as well. This I kind of hope either doesn't stay or at least becomes an option.

Anyone else also see these changes on their phones? I'm using an iPhone 6s by the way.

Can someone with an iPhone 6 check if any of the interface works in landscape like on the iPhone 6 Plus? Things like the extended keyboard, split views in mail, contact photos in messages, landscape home screen, etc. Thanks.
