Do people really forget where they parked their second highest priced asset (in most cases)?Well I've worked out the parked car. It no longer records you parking at home (worked in Beta 4 but not in Beta 5 so maybe needs adding to changes?). It does however work for me away from home apart from the lock screen notification.

Whether or not you accept my premise, Apple (or any other company) should not be circumventing the consortium that oversees the whole cross-platform emoji thing. They've gone rogue. What's the point of even participating? Imagine the reaction if the Android team had taken this attitude and just started changing emojis all willy-nilly...
IMO, Apple is free to not offer anything in the slot of "gun" - just display a blank space. But to commandeer the process is wrong.
Am I the only Earth residing first-world human using exclusively two textual based smile and wink ''emojis' to express non-linguistic emotion? I've no idea what any of these things mean for the most-part. Isn't it time we improve our vocabulary, rather than to accept the general dumbing-down of knowledge forced upon the masses? I understand it's fun to add them occasionally, but we seem to be taking these things way too seriously for our own good. It feels like these 'emojis' images have gotten out of control now. When did ASCII last add new characters (and I know some will argue this set have become overpopulated)?
