I updated the OP with a bug I found with Exchange email.
I reported it to Apple yesterday. Today they acknowledged and posted this:

Yeah, Documents and PDF Expert by Readdle now have proper Files app integration. Don’t know why Dropbox launched the update so early then. No, The issue now is the Third Party App developers are held in a holding pen till Apple drops Xcode 9 Release into the Mac App store then the iOS 11 built apps can be processed through iTunes Connect. This is why you will see an amazing amount of app updates starting Tuesday.
Ps. The apps that say that have been already posted to the iOS app store as iOS 11 ready were fixed with workarounds using an older version of Xcode.

This is a process developed to protect the developers. It is not fair to post reviews for apps developed for iOS 10 when running iOS 11.
I did a complete restore. It is the same build as GM but new carrier update for T-Mobile 29.1 from 29.0.1 built into public release.
Carrier settings are being pushed to all. I'm on GM and just got Verizon 29.1 pushed.I did a complete restore. It is the same build as GM but new carrier update for T-Mobile 29.1 from 29.0.1 built into public release.
If they’re the same build, there won’t be differences.Any difference in regards to smoothness and overall feel compared to GM? I assume some glitches are still present?

I’ll believe that when I see it. Why remove it? It wasn’t buggy or anything.it's coming back https://twitter.com/settern/status/908798637580398595
Hoping for the next beta (11.1 or 11.0.1) soon.It is the same as the GM so bugs are still present with some glitches may be fixed with a fresh restore. For storage, system is only 4.44GB with 4.7GB usage. I had somewhere 8GB of Documents and Data for some reason.
I think there is a serious Exchange email issue. We use Office365 for our email system, but any exchange account that is setup in iOS 11 has an issue where it cannot send emails at times. It gives an error "Cannot send mail, an error occurred while delivering this message". The office portal doesn't show any errors, it's something client side generated. If you upgraded from iOS 10 and you created your exchange account while in 10, it works fine. You can also no longer setup your email manually. It makes you use the modern authentication flow. It will not verify you if you type in your settings manually. Outlook for iOS works fine, which is annoying. This has been an issue since the early betas, so who knows what's going on but some IT staff will be annoyed next week when iOS 11 goes public.
I am having the same issue now. I didn't notice before the GM update. Randomly, I cannot send emails. Killer for me, as I rely on email as much as anything in my business. Any help is appreciated.

Yes. Same build ID according to what I have seen on my devices.Quick question: Is the GM I installed last week the same as today?
Loaded 11 on my wife’s 6+ and iPad Air 2. Pleasantly surprised how well it’s running on both devices. Very pleased. Looking forward to the incremental updates that polish up 11.
