I’ve sent several bug reports, ranging from animation glitches to WiFi issues. Hoping beta 2 will be an improvement.

At least for me, 11.1 beta 1 has been much better than 11.01.
I’ve probably sent in 8 or 9 reports (and with 0.75mbps upload speeds, that’s a freaking feat). Received feedback on one with new logs needed, for swiping stutter between home screens. It will be interesting to see how sizeable beta 2 is.

My experience with 11.1 beta 1.
When i have made upgrade from 10.3.3 OTA there was battery drain issue.
Then i decided to downgrade to 11.0.1 using the itunes via Restore procedure. The result was the same big battery drain.

The only solution that i found by mistake was to put iPhone 7 in DFU mode and flash the 11.0.1.
Then the battery life was comperable and better than 10.3.3

Yesterday i upgrade via OTA to 11.1 beta 1 and the battery is perfect with the Assistan Touch disabled and Raise to Wake enabled

The Assistant Touch in my case is a battery drain reason in 11.1 beta 1.
So, i don't use it until the beta2 solve it!

Anybody know if the Smart Keyboard when connected to an iPad Pro 10.5” is still unresponsive after you unlock your iPad? Only fix I’ve found is to lock and unlock the iPad.

This is such a sloppy release. Every other day I find something broken or not working properly or out of the blue changing how it behaves/works.

Last night I had two icons disappear off my home screen and move to the top of the home screen over two other app icons. They stayed there just for however they wanted, then moved back!

So when I long press and hold email notifications and press Trash, it only seems to work with my Gmail account and not my Exchange account.

Is this a known issue?

I don't see it on the issue list, but it is definately happening to me. Annoying. lol.

So I have noticed after doing a force restart all my photos have to be restored and uploaded to the iCloud. This has now happened twice. Is anyone else having this issue?

Third party Alert Tones (SMS tones) do not work/ have stopped working. These are tones downloaded from iTunes Store itself! Still! Reboot not fixing it. Joys of beta! :p Hopefully gets fixed in the next one!

I just noticed that the right side of my iPhone 7 screen is completely black and unusable if I try to multitask (I tried playing music while making a note, also was on a phone call and tried typing a text). If I don't try doing 2 things at once, the screen is normal.
Didn't have this issue until I downloaded the beta this morning.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Has anybody noticed that apps are always reloading? In iOS 10, apps would stay open in memory for a while. I have noticed lately that they are always reloading even when I've used them within the past hour.

Since the update , terrible results again. The drain is absolute huge I dunno what to do...

P.S The battery was replaced 2 weeks ago in Apple.

I’ve noticed this as well. Same with 7plus and 8plus. I use spark mail app and it feels like I see the apps splash screen all the time. This was not the case before.

Edit: Also, (probably since iOS 11 beta 1) I noticed you can tap a toggle in control center without dropping the initial finger that initiated it. To clarify. Using two hands. Drag control center up with one thumb but don’t release it. With your other thumb you can tap all toggles. Works great with media controls without having it fly to the top.

Edit2: Works with Notification Center as well.

Here’s a new bug: getting a call while typing in quick reply doesn’t completely take over the screen - the text field remains and cannot be manipulated.

Today i will activate the Assistant Touch in order to clarify that battery drain in 11.1 beta 1 is from this feature.

Did you then restore from a backup? My battery life has been awful... I just updated to 11.0.2 but have little hope.
