It would not show the blue when you’re messaging another iOS device. But I could send text to non iOS devices. Another issues I’m having is when my phone screen is locked, it won’t show clock and date. Anyone else using the Reduce Motion feature? It has really helped in perceived speed opening and closing apps as well as returning to home screen. It’s no fix but a decent work around until Apple fixes the lag.
Try turning iMessage off and then on again.
[doublepost=1507088954][/doublepost]Y turn off and the on again rest finger to open, today battery life was better, 5hrs playing music with the AirPods, no disconnects today with them but I have to put in, out, in ear one AirPod one time because it make the connect sound, but the music was sounding on the phone. 7 Hrs with LTE and the rest with WiFI 5Ghz. What did that do exactly for you?

It stopped the battery draining and the problem of usage and standby time the same.

Had this problem as well before turning both the assistive touch and raise to wake off and the problem went away.

I was able to downgrade to iOS 11.0.2 from iOS 11.1 beta 1, just download 11.0.2 ipsw and apply via software upgrade by iTunes.

Nothing was lost in the process.
i did downgrade from 11.1 beta to 11.0.1 via your method (ipsw, itunes) but in setting, icloud, backup i have disabled button for on/off. When i update to 11.1 its ok but in 11.0.x is disabled. What about you????

Iam on Beta 11.1 and would like to understand whether changes in 11.0.2 are being taken into 11.1?

Perhaps not all of them might be in beta 1, but they should be there in future betas and the final version.

Just noticed that when using apple pay on this beta that I no longer get a receipt notification for any transactions, nor does it show it in the transaction history in wallet and apple pay settings.

Same here on iOS 11 and 11.0.1 and 11.0.2. I had to turn off transactions and turn it back on to get it working. And I had to do it each time I updated my firmware.

No issues prior to iOS 11.

My fiancé has the same card (different number), an iPhone 8 plus and on iOS 11.0.2 and has no issues.

You and I can't be the only 2 to have it

I have problems with one hand mode.
Swiping down the screen is hiding the bottom icons.

Turned off Assistive Touch. At 97% with 46 minutes of usage and 2 hours of standby. What a difference!

The issue that I’m having is inconsistent WiFi speeds on our (7 Plus / 6 Plus).

Our iPads are rock solid on WiFi and consistently get the full speed of our connection. The iPhones are very inconsistent, sometimes getting stuck at 1/2 speed. I swapped out our home modem and still have the issue. The issue was there with our other modem as well. This didn’t happen on iOS 10.

I’ve tried everything: reset all settings, set up as new and the modem swap. I’ve tested this extensively using one server and all the mentioned devices. Oddly enough: I can turn airplane mode on, then off and everything is fine for a bit, but it reverts back to same inconsistent behavior.

I’ve seen some posts on the Apple community forums mentioning this issue.

Frustrating for sure. I’ve reported the issue through the feedback app.

Is this a joke? I mean, you can reach the bottom ones without swiping them down; the entire point is bringing the upper ones further down isn't it???

It isn’t a joke.
For me it’s a mistake at design.
It looks ugly and I’m sure that in previous versions were blurred.

Sounds like you are just talking about a known visual glitch/bug with readability in iOS 11.1 beta 1.

My calendars stopped syncing on my iPhone SE when I upgraded to 11.0
So I didn’t do it on my iPad and no HSierra on iMac until FusionDrives have full functionality for me.

**** that doesn’t work takes time I don’t have now.
I don’t know what it is, iCloud calendars is spooky now

Tried to downgrade iPhone again, don’t know what went wrong (never done a downgrade before).
Long story shortened, in the middle of that hassle, I saw that beta 11.1 was public.
Couldn’t be worse then 11.0.1

So I took that road instead of persisting in downgrading. I have been beta testing earlier, so no problem with that.

Still no calendar sync on iPhone.
Some calendars don’t sync to iMac or iPad now either. Some disappeared, then came back, left again.
So I’m working with what I have now.

Using Things more right now that doesn’t even use iCloud.
Doubt that it’s only because of iOS 11.....just messy  that don’t get their stuff together and releasing premature stuff imo.

Excuse me if it’s been mentioned, but what is the black line that has now appeared at the bottom of the keyboard?

If you referring to a centered line that takes up roughly 1/3 of the screen, then it’s the new tab for the iPhone X. You swipe up on it to return home or enter control center/multitasking. People have been seeing this appear at random times in random places.

Yeah, this thing. It’s doesn’t do anything for me, but I’m assuming it’s because I’m on a 7+.

That's the one! For whatever reason, it keeps showing up for people somewhat commonly. I'm surprised I haven't seen it yet. As I understand it, the line doesn't impact functionality (i.e. the elements below it, like the space bar, are functional as if the line were absent)?
