Finding 2 major issues in the camera app, not only does the frame rate appear extremely low in portrait mode but also in video mode when recording 4K it lags behind your movement of the phone really bad.

I’m getting no emojis in QuickType at all for some reason

Send yourself a bunch of emojis in iMessage and it should start working. This is how I fixed it for myself

Didn't notice it. Seems kind of pointless on phone since if you are having issues it is much easier to use the force restart or just power down as normal.

Definitely noticing faster and more fluid performance throughout.

Definitely much smoother on my 7 Plus.

Yup I agree. Home button lag and 3D Touch still present but overall smoothness and fluidity a lot better.
