Well its not 5 fps but i can confirm control centre animation isnt 60fps or super smooth all the time. For example when I am playing a video in the YouTube app and try to launch control centre it’s really janky, one more example when on the now playing screen in the apple music app try launching control centre again same result. Atleast for me it is on my 7+. Have tried everything. Its happening since iOS 11.
I respectfully disagree on all counts.

First - which device are you on?

I am on an iPhone 7, and there is no delay/ stutter for CC to pop up in MyJio. Or in some other apps that I have tried it in, after reading your comment and before posting this reply. Frankenstein monster with hodge-podge patches? That's a ludicrous statement for iOS in general.

Second - have you tried restarting and then checking CC in MyJio again?

Third - is this occurring only in MyJio or all the apps you have installed? If the answer is in all, then there might be some corruption somewhere, and if the answer is only in MyJio, I think you need to shift the blame game from Apple to Reliance developers. That app is what is called a "Frankenstein monster with hodge-podge patches" - I'd call that app a web wrapper at best.

About the home button delay, I think it has been beaten ad nauseam, ad infinitum. We all know it will be fixed if Apple wants to fix it, and not if it does not want to, and then there is the question of whether it is even a delay in the first place.

If we're going to have things like

  • Accessing WiFi through 3D Touch on Settings app does not show list of networks

Edit: Misread the above in red. Legitimate entry.

  • Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Control Center toggles do not work according to UX standards

as "remaining issues" in the OP we may as well have nonsense like "No dark mode" because they're all working as designed.

Removed the bullet and sent an author note, due to the subjectivity of the entry; this functional change has been intended behavior for some time.

The words „lag“ shutter and „animation delay“ should be banned from those threads tbh

Why? Do you actually want an OS that stutters and lags? Of course people are going to mention it if it’s terrible. It was bad enough in iOS 11 and these 11.1 betas offer no improvement on my iPad Pro. I shall just stick to ‘frame drops’ then.

Only option 2 fits your post. The top one is a bug. That is talking about 3D into settings app and no networks appear. Click other then cancel and they populate then. That cant be the way its supposed to work. Why be able to 3D touch to wifi settings if the functionality isn't going to be complete?

You're right, my mistake. I misread it as being listing networks in control centre.

I'm boggling a bit at the calculator bug. This is a feature a lot of people use on a day to day basis and this bug could cause incorrect results. Not to mention it's a bug that's so easy to reproduce.

It's been reported so many times, even before iOS 11 came out during the beta period, yet remains unfixed. Why is Apple ignoring this bug, I wonder?

I know this isn't the answer, however why not use PCalc or another until its fixed?

I was thinking the same thing. I haven’t jumped on the Mac beta train since public release.
Same here. I can't even run High Sierra on my MacBook because ExamSoft (Law school exam software) has not been updated and they are insanely slow at doing so. I upgraded my iMac but I'm avoiding betas because I don't have the time to deal with something going wrong. I'm really hoping they release a 10.13.0.1 update for the WiFi instead of making us wait until 10.13.1.

The cc animation feels a little changed on my 6s. It has a little more bounce and I see it as a solid 60 fps animation.

Initial observation is, things are coming together nicely. Can really tell on my wife’s 6 Plus. Much smoother.
