Just joining this thread. I'm hoping 11.3 brings enhancements for the X and the OLED display. Like others have mentioned, the whole screen doesn't need to be on when notifications turn on the screen. Also, a dim always-on clock would be nice.

I hope theres option to hide the bottom home line as it is in the way on game and now i know how to use it, and maybe batt number so dont have to go into control panel
[doublepost=1513558023][/doublepost]And main thing is shut apps swiping up not hold then swip

Hopefully a GPS fix. My iPhone X has the worst GPS out of any phone I have owned (including multiple iPhones); I am now on my fourth X- they all exhibit the same issue. Location is often incorrect and lags changes in direction. Very disappointed that this hasn't been fixed yet.

The issue seems to also exist for some 8/8+ users.

To shorten this up, the Wishlist for iOS11.3 is more or less the same Wishlist we had since iOS 7.
Not much changed.

I'd like to see enhancement for navigation/car play so we could mark locations so they aren't offered as navigation location automatically. Car Play offers to direct me home when I get 1/2 mile away or offers me to direct to gym which is 1 mile away and I go to 6 days a week. Maybe a setting that provides automatic directions if a calendar entry only.
At least in IOS 11 you can delete a single significant location which you couldn't do with frequent locations in IOS 10.

To some degree yes, to another degree the slight opening up of iOS that happened in iOS 8/9/10 with widgets, third party keyboards, removing many default apps, and some other changes, the list is somewhat different.

This is asking a lot but this is what I would love to see:

1. I would love to see notifications handled better(grouped by the app with dropdowns)
2. control center toggles actually turning off the feature not just pausing it for a day.
3. Universal keyboard option(including quick reply on lock screen). I have a few keyboards installed but the keyboard is never the same one I set in one app as it is universally.
4. 1080p 24fps(for cinematic feel without needing 4K).
5. MULTIWINDOW ON PLUS and X MODELS!!!!! There is plenty of screen for it.
6. Not a top pick but it would help to have folder colors if done tastefully(Android has this but it can look tacky) not a big deal.

I mean a way to record a long one without pressing the button all the time - it ALWAYS interrupts my recording at some point randomly...
Not sure if it’s a bug or not, but you can do what you are wanting from the quick reply screen. If you just tap the record button from there, it will continue recording until you tap it again.

VPN toggle for control center.
Tweak true tone on iphoneX to minimize yellow/pink hue
Messages in iCloud
New alert tones

How about the first stable release of IOS 11? I have all kinds of apps crashing using 11.2.1
I am a long time Apple customer, and I am disgusted with the quality of software from Apple over the last 12 months. IOS 11 and MAC OS 10.13 have been HORRIBLE quality in my experience. Been many years since I have seen a major company like Apple abandon any real effort at quality control for software.
And with the latest admission by Apple that they hid slowing down IPhones from customers, I for the first time am strongly considering dumping my Iphones. I would not have had an issue if Apple had notified customers that IOS updates could basically break their phones, but hiding this fact is INEXCUSABLE IMO.
Just totally disgusted with Apple over last six months.

My feature wishes (of which most will probably not gonna happen):
  • Show directly the widgets in notification center (if you had no recent notifications)
  • show 2 column widgets (side by side) like in iOS10 on iPad
  • give user option (again option) to turn WIFI + Bluetooth on/off via Control Center (long press, 3D touch whatever)
  • Now that Settings and Apple launchers are almost all no longer allowed by 3rd parties (Launcher, Magic Launcher) and unfortunately no longer work on iOS11 give at least the option to quickly access such as 'Refresh in background', 'Location use per app', 'Notifications on apps' 'x amount of MB/GB Storage per app', Battery status (x hour of usage/standby) and Storage maintenance via Control Center
  • cache cleaning for apps (manual/automatic, I know some apps have it and that Apple has a feature but that doesn't work for apps like Facebook)
  • Dark Mode in iOS, untill then luckely there are various apps that offer dark mode
  • Word swiping feature in Apple's own keyboard (so I no longer have to use third party keyboards like Gboard, Swype).
The first 4 are the reason that I still run iOS 10.3.2 on my iDevices.

FIX Copy Paste! On an iPhone 7, and 11.2.1 only holds copied data maybe an hour or less. I paste my ID in many times a day, and I have had to revert back to 11.1.2, which holds the data for days. Ideally, it should hold it until a reboot or until it is replaced.

No in-app speaker clipping. Several apps I love have it on 8 and 8 Plus. It even showed up in PCalc.

I think we all the announcements about batt update in ios 11.3 will focus on that and skip icloud messaging for ios 12

This has been stated before either here or elsewhere but the gestures for the Notification Center and control Center should be combined into the app switcher gesture (swipe from bottom) on iPhone X. Make both of these screens part of the app switcher interface either as cards in the app switcher on the right or include shortcuts. Swiping from the top is too cumbersome with one hand.

So main things i want remove the annoying home bar and swipe up to close apps wont be seeing the light with ios 11.3 greattttt and no icloud messaging, honestly the home bar during games ruins my experience

What games are you talking about exactly? Because on my device when I'm playing games the home bar automatically fade away and I have to double swipe to go home which I never accidentally do.
