iPhone 8+ here. DO NOT UPDATE. It’s like they didn’t even test this. Apps won’t close, messages is buggy and the power button randomly stops working. I just spent 15 minutes trying to get my phone back into usable state after the Messages app Got wonky and nothing was working.

Not had any of these problems on my 8+. Have you tried a hard reset.

That’s a bonjour bug that first appeared in 2015 with AppleTVs. Every time it disconnects and reconnects from the network, it gains a number. Looks like the bug hasn’t been carried over into HomePod software.

I have an AppleTV in my house that is up to (361).

We should have a MR Forum contest for who's Home Pod has the highest number.

The funny thing is that I got those numbers when I first connected, and then tried to connect them to the Apple TV.

8+ here and no issues like that!

My 8+ is working without issue!

iPhone 8+ here, this build has been great for me.

I'd do the typical troubleshooting steps in order until your problem is resolved.
1) Reboot
2) Hard reboot
3) Reset settings
4) Restore backup
5) DFU restore firmware then restore backup

In Mail, when I long-press a word in the body of a message, word is selected but copy/paste menu doesn't come up. I have to tap the word a second time. Bug?

Could also be testing a new behavior? I like it this way better, since oftentimes when I'm selecting text to copy, I want more than just the word it selects, so this makes it easier to adjust the selection prior to copying it.

Hmm, maybe...but I'm not seeing this behaviour in other apps.

I still have a graphical glitch when closing the app switcher after closing an app. This is with Reduce Motion on.

My calendar still shows „!“ on each of my calendars and when I pull down to refresh it claims „update failed“ but when I make a new entry it actually does show up on my other devices and vice versa

My calendars have always had an “!” by them...that’s normal

How do I reboot? And how do I sign out of iCloud? I only see an option to sign out of Apple ID in the top of Settings.
Close all apps via double tap home and slide away all apps. Hold power button until "slide to power off" and slide it. Then turn back on once its finished shutting down. iCloud has already been answered.

My weather widget is so broken in this beta. Rebooting only helps for the first update and then broken again.

Did they sell 361 homepods?

lol, I think they sold a few more than that. But what the number thing is, there's apparently a bug relating to Bonjour and disconnecting from wifi (if I understand correctly) that will assign a number after the device name.

Has anyone else experienced the bug where the music/audio widget stops tracking the time of the whatever is playing? If so has it been fixed yet?

I looked it up and apparently this has been around since 11.0.

Fixed in 11.3.1. In what version you are?

Since iOS 11.3 I've noticed the volume knob slider on lockscreen (music widget related) is not working correctly. When sliding down lockscreen you can move it from side to side without being on top of the slider. On the lockscreen in the music widget you can only move the volume slider knob if you touch it all the time in the right directions.

First noticed the issue on 11.3 (final) and now still in the 11.4 beta's. It's rather annoying. Anyone else experience it? It's on iPhone X by the way.

Hmm, it's also the tracker. Both issues happen only on lockscreen. No issues with slide down lockscreen (notifications) when using the phone.
