Has anyone noticed an animation bug when turning on or off Wi-Fi in Settings? It doesn't have the animation, it just turn on and off abruptly. Present since iOS 11.0

iPhone 8+ here. DO NOT UPDATE. It’s like they didn’t even test this. Apps won’t close, messages is buggy and the power button randomly stops working. I just spent 15 minutes trying to get my phone back into usable state after the Messages app Got wonky and nothing was working.

I have none of the issues you mentioned on my 8+. Probably shouldn't make grand, all-inclusive statements like that as if it is proven. Not discounting your issues, but that was a bit much...

Battery life on my 6S Plus has been sweet on this and the last beta. Suits my daily usage just fine and that's with a battery showing a health of 81% now. Bought Sept' 2015. Still, very impressive imho :D

My WiFi on this beta has been dropping a few times an hour. It’s maddening. I even had an iPhone that was still on beta 3 that was working fine until I updated to beta 4. Anyone else seeing this?

Hmmm...isn't this the 11.4 Beta 4 Bug Fixes, Changes and Improvements thread?

Seriously, I'm hoping posting in this thread is only for that version and not 11.3.1.
Yes, this thread is for iOS 11.4 Beta 4. He was just asking if the Music widget time bug was fixed in this beta. Anything else?

iPhone 6 Plus here - anyone find that this update has noticeably improved the performance of their phone? I've noticed that overall everything seems to perform much more smoother and with less stutters and am surprisingly pleased with it. Feels like i'm getting my phone back again :)

Overall, iOS 11 has been an nightmare for my 6 Plus but then we found out Apple were throttling performance due to battery issues. This beta 4 update seems to be going in the right direction in improving performance rather than throttling. I've yet to get my battery replaced, so hoping it would be even better once that's been replaced.

Anyone else having very low volume whilst on a call with the phone to his ear? All volume settings are maxed out, have cleaned the speaker grille, the headphone jack, turned off noise cancellation, I even put the Music equaliser on "late night, apparently this helps...??) still very difficult to hear the caller speaking. Have submitted a bug report (iPhone 6)

11.3. Guess I'll update and see if it still happens.
Why are you posting this in a thread dedicated to 11.4 beta 4? When you post here, people (quite reasonably) assume you are posting about that version of the software. There are other threads for other versions.

Seems like someone is asking if an issue they've been encountering might have been fixed in the 11.4 betas so far. Sounds like a fairly normal question for threads about new versions (beta or otherwise).

No. That is not what he was asking. There is no reference in the other poster's post about 11.4 at all. I am only responding because of your snarky response.

I guess I am just in a bad mood!

Since my update onto the new beta (which has a great battery life), my iPhone 8+ is only able to receive anonymous calls. All calls into my phone are shown as Anonymous (Unknown). It's pretty annoying because all my contacts are sending their number. Was able to reproduce it- all calls are incomng without any number.

I would try restarting the phone and see if that helps. Then, perhaps, resetting network settings.
