iOS 11 beta 10 — Changes and Issues

So the build number is the same than the last beta with only the 5 and a gone, does that mean it is the same build?
 
So the deadline is approaching and they have to release it, with bugs and all? I've got battery drain and wonky icons in the keyboard. For starters.

It has the exact same stutter and bugs. I am running the final release version on my phone. I dont know how it will perform on the 7s plus but my iphone 7 plus had zero lags on 10.0 when I bought it. Now its all messed up on ios 11.

I aint downgrading now as very few members were able to get it installed before Apple pulled the plug lol
 
Have folks experienced random flickers of icons during this beta or any flickering at all?

When I plug phone in and unlock, I notice a short moment of slight flicker of a few icons. Didn’t happen on iOS 10. I looked back and there are some who mentioned flicker issues during this beta cycle.

Happens on the GM when I load any app from memory. A black screen before it appears

You do realise that 3 days later, everyone will have it on their devices? If you were happy with 10, best get it now as in some days they will stop signing 10.3.3 altogether.

I think they might just release a different build if such bugs exist even today. Or, that maybe so that the flicker is on non-Apple apps, but maybe it might have something to do with 120Hz display? Lot of maybes. 12 is not far away, and I do hope of a different build with more improvements and bug fixes.

That said, I have downloaded "GM" copies of my relevant hardware so I can now beat the download rush that day and just install and sign, if they really are the shipping releases. I hope not - I want some of the stutters and lags ironed out.
 
Discovered another annoyance: when i play music with a 3rd party app like Spotify and use my Airpods, the Lockscreen widget and the control center does not „get“ that I am actually playing music. I think it automatically assumes i want to play music with the Apple Music app. I have to open the Music app every time i connect my airpods and have to close it before the right music controls appear from Spotify
 
Gm running and wow its ao bad yes 3d touch is horrible and apps shutting is slow this cant be final hobestly its a massive step down from ios 10 this is poor only thing they must of done is made ppl buy new phone for better speed

If it's true, i will definitively stay on ios 10

I pray this is a joke and the final is better they cant release such a bad quality new ios ppl are gonna see how messed up it is

Finally someone sees what ive been moaning about for 3 months apple has messed up ios, ios 10 was perfect now we have slower phones why apple why

When I compare iOS 11 to the iOS 10 beta cycle, this is much better to me. Lots of complaints during 10 beta cycle and during its initial release. 10 eventually smoothed out nicely. Same will happen with iOS 11.

Yeah but what exactly had ios 11 really done right wow new control centre thats about it, all i want is fast fluid smooth os and now 3 months of testing and the main thing to make phone feel smooth is broken like the guys video side by side with ios 10 its a huge delay shutting apps and thats not right for a new improved software but on the forum ppl say i moan only cos its still not been fixed

Go back to iOS 10 please, it's so much better
