Screen recording games and other apps, it seems to default to portrait recording even if you are in landscape mode.
[doublepost=1498207052][/doublepost]App switcher is horrible, we need to be able to just flick the apps we want to full close, currently it’s worse than before.....press till you get the x and then try your best to hit it to close 乁( ◔ ౪◔)ㄏ

I saw people mentioning earlier that certain iPad models didn't seem to be charging under Beta 2. I'm having the same issue but it seems sort of wonky so I'd like to share some details of my experience. I use an Anker USB charging hub at my desk and when I first plugged it in I got a pop up saying that the accessory may not be compatible. Seen this before with other chargers and assumed it was just a bug since it's worked fine up until this point. However, while the battery icon changed to charging when I plugged it in, as soon as I dismissed the alert, it changed back to normal as if it weren't charging. Thinking it was a problem with the hub, I tried using an official iPad charger (big brick) as well as an official iPhone charger (small cube brick) and had the same issue. This was concerning as I thought that my iPad was doomed to be dead on this beta but I decided to just leave it plugged in and, although it didn't appear to be charging, when I came back later it was at 100%. So I'm thinking that it's either charging without showing the charging status or possibly only charging when the screen is off (seen this before but haven't had time to test).

Further details: I tested my iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods case with the same USB charging hub and they all seem to charge fine so it seems to be an iPad specific issue, at least for me. My issue device is an iPad Mini 4. Hope this helps.

I had this issue with my Air 2 on B1 and still have it on B2. The best way to charge it is to plug it in and then power off the device. There is something in the OS causing a glitch of some sort and won’t acknowledge chargers of any sort once the system is up and running. But in the sleep state like when it’s powered down whatever process is conflicting with the charge ability is inactive so you can charge the device at that point.

Anyone's alarms not ringing? Mine's not ringing at all, I wake up 5 hours later to the alarm screen on my phone, and my phone screen locked.

Did a quick search and didn’t find anything so hopefully this hasn’t been asked...is anyone able to use the new Siri voices? I’ll download a new one and it’s still the old Siri voice from iOS10 and lower.

I just installed iOS 11 Beta 2 On my iPhone 5S it is better than beta 1 obviously, in beta 1 i cannot charge my iPhone lol. But Beta 2 fixed that, however the battery life is still not as good compared to iOS 10.
Pros of iOS 11 beta 2:
1. Booting up takes about 1 minute on average compared to 1 minute and 10 seconds on beta 1.
2. The Charging icon is now showing, unlike beta 1. Now you can charge your iPhone more quickly.
3. The performance of iOS 11 beta 2 compared to beta 1 is the same or worse.
4. Bugs are dramatically reduced

On my cousins iPhone 6S and my sister's iPhone 6 the performance is slightly better, but on my iPhone 5S is just the same or no improvements. But i do like that it already charge my iPhone normally unlike in beta 1(Worst Beta ever)
The beta 2 really fixed the charging issue of both iPhone and iPad. which i do like and really worth it to update.

ouch - my phone suddenly decided to get stuck in headphone mode, despite the fact I virtually never use them. Tried the usual tricks - plugging headphones in and out a few times, reboot, hard reboot ... nope.

Went into Sounds and when playing with ringtones I could hear that over the speaker, but when adjusting the volume the volume glitched and kept chaging between "Ringtone", "Volume" and "Headphones". So I decided it was a software issue, but what to do? A few reboots didn't fix it, so I ran an icloud backup, found the ipsw for iOS11 ß2, and ran a restore. Phew! Fixed.

Lost my Apple Pay credit cards though.

I was hoping that, as an added bonus, it would fix my FaceTime rotating bug, but nope. Ah well.

The DND while driving feature is pretty handy. Just tried it out earlier with the setting to Automatic.

When started to drive it turned on and when waiting at the traffic lights, I saw the DND icon at the status bar. Once I reached home, left the phone on the table and when came back few minutes later to check, the icon was gone. Pretty Cool!
Still needs a little work though. Activated for the trip home from work yesterday just fine and turned off when I made a stop at a grocery store. Noticed it had turned back on when I pulled my phone out to use Apple Pay. :)

Bug: Send to files / save to icloud drive no longer works. Once you select icloud drive, the screen goes blank.

Battery for me is far better than beta 1. On iPhone 7 and iPP 10.5 (airplane mode, Wi-Fi and bluetooth turned on):

Anyone having a hollow GPS icon on persistently on the status bar? Is this an intended behavior?

Do home and work locations work for anyone in Maps and Maps Destinations widget?

Maps Destinations widget will only show me upcoming calendar events.

Pretty satisfied with battery life here as well. Signal is always low so I’m sure it could be slightly better. My phone loves hanging on to a weak band 4 signal. -_- oh well lol

iPhone 7+

Well this is a new one. My iPad is showing Personal Hotspot. Even thought it has not been connected to or even has personal hotspot...o_O
