Definitely not expected behavior. When the iPhone screen is off, notifications should only go to the watch.I think thats an expected behaviour.

Battery life has been a huge improvement over dp2 on my iPhone7S. My only negative is that im getting resprings on my iPad 10.5 when I had none on dp2.After 2 days with dp3... how is the battery life? Is it better than dp2?
To be technical, they will go to both devices, but the iPhone screen should not light up.Definitely not expected behavior. When the iPhone screen is off, notifications should only go to the watch.
Yes, you are correct. But you should only be notified on the watch type deal. So yeah no screen lighting up or notification sound/vibrate.To be technical, they will go to both devices, but the iPhone screen should not light up.
I am getting 3 hours battery life on iPhone 7
So that requires logging on the bug portal.Yes, you are correct. But you should only be notified on the watch type deal. So yeah no screen lighting up or notification sound/vibrate.

Bug: Settings app (only left part) does not translate to system language...
I don’t know if anybody noticed this small change yet, but the back arrows in the settings app are now rounded. They were more angular in iOS 10

Build number same as dev beta.
I did not quite understand this "left part of settings app". iPad, I think?
My ios 11 devices have stayed in sync with my gf's ios 10 devices so far. Homekit is flaky as hell in general though. Even when we were both running ios 10 I've had to recreate the house several times. Twenty-something bulbs, 5 door sensors, 3 motion sensors and a thermostat (which also has several sensors). Joy
Pro-tip: if you do decide to recreate your house and you have Hue stuff make opening the Hue app and syncing with Homekit the first thing you do. It at least recreates your rooms and puts the bulbs in the right place before you add anything else.
My setup has been stable and reliable up to this point. I've thought of recreating the room (especially easy since right now, it only has the one iHome SP5 in it).
If I did have to nuke my Home setup, would I have to go whole-hog and remove all my Hue bits from the Hue app, or can I get away with nuking it from the Home side, and then just re-adding (I'm not at home right now so I can't page through and look easily)?
It's interesting how Apple would spend time making "tweaks" that nobody cares about or will ever spot.I don’t know if anybody noticed this small change yet, but the back arrows in the settings app are now rounded. They were more angular in iOS 10

Don't delete anything from Hue. If you want to be really thorough (some steps may not be necessary but this is the most reliable method)
- Delete the Home in the Home app
- Restart any iOS devices you can lay your hands and restart any home hub (i.e. AppleTV you have at home)
- Recreate the house but don't add anything to it
- proceed to the Hue app and go to Settings -> HomeKit and Siri and sync it. This will recreate all your rooms and bulbs as they were in Home
- Add any other devices you may have
- Invite any other people who need to share your HomeKit setup through the Home app
This should do it, no matter what state the HomeKit database is in.
Much appreciated. I'll probably do that this weekend. I'm sorry you've had such trouble, but I'm thankful you shared your fix.
I perhaps overstated the trouble I've had. I find once in it's in and working it's fine but at times where I'm adding/removing devices I've found it can get into a mess or become unreliable (devices not responding etc.) and the best way to get back to a clean state is what I wrote above. I'm pretty sure it'll put you back in shape.
Actually, I was incorrect. There was one issue I was having before the phantom automation issue started (or maybe it coincided and I just didn't notice yet, as my bedroom didn't heat up so fast yet). I was having issues where my Hue bulbs wouldn't respond (via the Home app) and I'd have to unplug the Bridge for a few seconds and plug it back in. Probably not related, but eh.
iPhone7S ??Battery life has been a huge improvement over dp2 on my iPhone7S. My only negative is that im getting resprings on my iPad 10.5 when I had none on dp2.
Sometimes a reset of Hue Bridge and/or AppleTV will clear up transient issues. I suppose that's not really surprising, nothing's perfect. For anything more permanent this reset routine should sort you out.
BTW I did forget to mention that you will have to add your automations again too.
