Downloading new apps from the App Store doesn’t work.
The circle is running, but the app won’t download.

Anyone else? Tried closing the App Store, log out and login again doesn’t help.

Yeah, happend to me too. There were no fix for me.

I was worried about updating to PB2 on my iPad 10.5”, and I regret it. Although they’ve fixed about half of the bugs I reported, they introduced a really annoying, new bug that crashes iOS.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have at least two pages of apps
2. Place Mail on page two, not inside of a folder
3. Navigate to page two, and open Mail
4. Press the home button to leave the app
5. Swipe left to return to the first page of apps
6. Observe that iOS crashes

This is happening for me with most apps, but not all. Only on page 2. I reported it, but can anyone else here reproduce it?

Happens to me with many apps.. I reported it

Long press in Safari:

When long pressing a link in Safari or Mail (for example) there is a longer delay before the menu pops up.
However when you press just long enough until ready to drag and drop and then release finger the menu pops up straight away.

Edit: Ok now this is really strange it appears to have changed back to normal behaviour since typing this. I can not for the life of me explain this but it was definitely very different for a while and I was able to repeat in multiple apps.

I wasn’t imaging it after all! When long pressing on a link there is a longer delay before the menu pops up, but it only appears to occur in split view.

Not able to connect to WiFi using Profile based authentication for EAP-TLS network.
The Join button remains disabled even after installing and choosing the profile.

Pulling the Sim & restarting the phone fixed my Voicemail issue. Now everything is working...
[doublepost=1499708807][/doublepost]
I tried it all, I ended up pulling the sim & restarting the phone and it fixed the issue.

My iPhone 7 on AT&T is telling me to call my voicemail and enter a pin. Nothing I enter works. I saw someone suggest pulling the SIM and restarting the phone. Should I pull the SIM with my phone on, then restart it before inserting the SIM again? Thanks for the help in advance.

Have you tried to turning “Auto-Capitalization” in the keyboard setting or turning off all and test if any is the cause?

Turning off Auto-Capitalisation fixed it so much as it never tries to put in capital letters. But with that on, and Auto-Correction off I can see when it suggests the capitalisation, but it doesn't automatically implement it. So it's hard to tell which exactly is causing this particular word to be capitalised. But I think it's probably Auto-Capitalisation. Is there a reset option for that?

Anyone know how to stop this? Keeps happening on a lot of sites.

Had to revert to 10.3.3 on my 7+. The screen kept locking up and freezing on a black screen, which was making use very difficult. Will try again with next release.

Soooooo pissed off with the battery drain on these iOS 11 betas. I would've downgraded after beta 1 if I hadn't of put watch OS 4 beta on my Watch. That beta is fine and I know i'll have to send it off if i downgrade the phone, that's the only thing holding me back.

Not noticed battery drain this bad on any betas going back to iOS 7.

When taking a screen recording the blue bar no longer says recording and does not show the time elapsed.

Also going to notification centre no longer stops and discards the screen recording but it does ask if you want to end the screen recording when you return from notification centre.

Switching off the Bluetooth and WiFi in Control Centre shows them as switched off in the Control Centre, but they remain switched on the Settings.
Anyone can clarify.

This is intended behaviour as per the release notes.

I understand this is the intended behavior, but my question is, using the Control Center, I can force it to disconnect from the current WiFi connection, but the WiFi radio doesn't shut off. If I want it to reconnect, is the only way to make it do so is to go into Settings -> WiFi and click on the WiFi connection I was originally connected to?

For example, I'm connected to my network at home called KMWiFi. I open CC, and tap the WiFi button, and it turns off the connection to KMWiFi, and now I'm on cellular on my iP7+. Is there any way to get it to connect back to KMWiFi from CC? When I click on the WiFi button again in CC, it doesn't "reconnect" to the last connected WiFi network. Is the only way to go into Settings -> WiFi, and clicking on KMWiFi from the list of available WiFi connections?

I have a knack for noticing tiny things.o_O
I randomly noticed it looked a bit off, and then I compared it to my old phone that’s on iOS 10.

You definitely do have a knack. Never would have noticed that in a million years... Right on, brother...! :)

I am not 100% sure but if you have problems enabling iCloud Messages sync, the cause could be a device what does not support it (lower version than iOS 11 and/or macOS 10.13) is logged in to the same iCloud account.

I really can't recall since when it exactly worked for me because it was so confusing, but at the latest it worked after turning off my spare 4s with iOS 9.3.3.

Does anyone know if over the air updates for iOS 9.x are not possible anymore by the way? I kept it on that version because of a possible Jailbreak and forgot two newer versions exist in the meantime. Now it always shows it's up to date, even though 9.3.5 is the latest version.

Have you tried to turning “Auto-Capitalization” in the keyboard setting or turning off all and test if any is the cause?

If that doesn't work for you, did you try the Shake To Undo trick? I had to use this on DB2, when it would auto capitalize every word of a dictated message. When I type "out of", it doesn't auto-capitalize on mine.

Hi

On my iPad Pro 10.5, i can’t even start safari...it crash everytime.

Is anyone having this issue ? Do you have a solution ?

Thx

Yeah, happend to me too. There were no fix for me.

So no one so far has found a fix for this (I don't see one so far in all these pages)? I've tried Reset Network Settings, but to no avail. Seems like a pretty big bug if most people can't load new apps onto their device and/or can't update apps individually from the App Store.

Updating works for me, installing new apps too. But sometimes downloading already purchased Apps leads to a message like "You already purchased this app and don't have to pay for it again.", after that nothing happens. But it seems to be a server side relate problem. On some days it works and on some not with all of the three betas.

Also TestFlight did not work for a while since updating to D. Beta 3 or shortly after, but suddenly it's working again today without rebooting or doing anything else since I updated on day one of the latest Developer Beta release.

iOS PB2:

Maps now seems reliable, except that my 7+ only woke the screen once to show the next direction. The app did not crash on me during my drive in, even with Music playing.
Pressing the power button does lock the screen, however there is nothing to indicate that it is locked. You only know once you touch something and it prompts you for your passcode/Touch ID.

While driving with Maps and Music running, pressing the app icon on the dock to get back into Music did nothing. I had to use the app switcher. Music continued playing, however.

Yesterday, Music seemed to still be doing the "buffering" (for lack of a better term) between songs. The drive in this morning was fine.

DirecTV Now doesn't work (I know this is a known issue).

tvOS PB:
DirecTV Now still doesn't work.
YouTube now allows you to click the More button and load more videos.

During voice call, if you enable speaker and disable it, the proximity sensor stops working. After this, proximity sensor idiotically works when speaker is on.

Downgrade working with public beta 2 / developer beta 3?

I want to go back to iOS 10.3.3 ... Can I downgrade from public beta 2 without any problems or should I go back to dev beta 1 first?

You can only downgrade to 10.3.3 beta. I had to downgrade as quite a few apps I use daily are failing on ios11.

Yes, I‘ve updated my post a moment ago :D Okay ... I go back to the latest iOS 10.3.3 Beta. iOS 11 beta is not ready for daily use. (Important Apps always crash, very bad battery life)
