Yes, I‘ve updated my post a moment ago :D Okay ... I go back to the latest iOS 10.3.3 Beta. iOS 11 beta is not ready for daily use. (Important Apps always crash, very bad battery life)
Exactly, not a daily driver for sure. I have used earlier betas as daily driver with minimal app disruptions, but ios11 has been a bear. Total cluster*k as a daily driver. Disappointed.

Yes. My first beta test was iOS 7 Beta 1 and I‘ve tested many betas after that ... iOS 11 is the worst beta I‘ve ever seen. I don‘t unterstand why apple started the public beta so early.

I understand this is the intended behavior, but my question is, using the Control Center, I can force it to disconnect from the current WiFi connection, but the WiFi radio doesn't shut off. If I want it to reconnect, is the only way to make it do so is to go into Settings -> WiFi and click on the WiFi connection I was originally connected to?
I only briefly experimented with this yesterday, but as far as I can tell it works reasonably:
  1. Turning wifi "off" from the control centre disconnected my iPad from the wifi network it was connected to and prevented auto-rejoining (no other wifi networks were available).
  2. Turning wifi back "on" from the control centre reconnected the iPad to the wifi network it was previously on.
I only use this toggle when I discover that the current wifi network is acting flaky and I want to force my device over to 4G. As long as (a) my device doesn't automatically connect to another wifi network while the toggle is off (like, say, the 2.4GHz version of the flaky network I wanted to disconnect from), and (b) it connects back to the original network when I toggle it back on again, I'll be happy.

Is the Files app pretty much broken at this point? I cannot see recently saved files most of the time, and what is visible cannot be pulled up - just get a blank screen.

IPad Pro 10.5, IOS 11b3

Not able to connect to WiFi using Profile based authentication for EAP-TLS network.
The Join button remains disabled even after installing and choosing the profile.
I've had this problem since Beta 2 on my iPad. I can actually get the Join button to enable, but once you press it it just stops responding. I've had to kill the settings app to get back into it.

Very frustrating not being able to connect to my corporate network, but hey, it's a beta.

beta 3 is better but I still can't control my iPhone music playlist through my cars infotainment system :(

Reset all settings worked for me, but know the problem is back. Not gonna reset again so will wait for another fix.
I didn’t waste time erasing settings. I erased all content and settings, and restored from iCloud. Haven’t had the problem again on my phone and battery drain is no where near as bad. Still not optimal, but it’s a beta.

Getting very intermittent alerts regarding notifications. Just a few minutes ago, I received a text message and a notification from the Amazon app at the same time. iPhone 7+ screen lit up, but no sound was played to alert to the text message or notification. Now technically, since I have a connected apple watch, it shouldn't, but the apple watch did not notify me either, but when I tapped on the watch to show the screen, it lit up and instantly showed the notification, but never received the vibrating alert/sound on the watch. If I hadn't been looking at the phone, I never would have known I had a message and an app notification.

Yet, about two hours ago, I did a hard reboot, and when it booted back up, I received to text messages from this past monday (which I had already seen and received) on the phone, with full sound & vibrate (but nothing on my watch).

One observation and a question about the new Bluetooth toggle and the AirPods.

What I like about the new CC Bluetooth toggle is that it allows me to quickly disconnect the AirPods while they are in my pocket without the case, so the phone doesn’t direct sound through them while I’m not listening to them. Seems this toggle works a bit more quickly and efficiently than the previous Bluetooth off function.

My question is, has anyone else noticed that the Bluetooth symbol in the top bar is always solid (never gray) even when AirPods are in the case? Not sure if this is a bug or if they are just getting rid of the grayed-out option.

Been noticed and reported. Looks like a bug rather than a feature as it still flashes when completely switching it off and on again.

Where's this magical volume indicator at?

Anyone know?

I am, but it just looks like iOS 10. I've tried using it in YouTube and the TV app. Still the same.

The Safari player has a new volume UI in full screen. The YouTube app doesn’t use that and probably never will, looks like TV doesn’t yet use it either. To see it visit YouTube or another video site in Safari and play a video full screen.

Is it just me of is beta 3 so much more buggy than the first ones? I get random lockups (screen just freezes then does the spinner). Battery life less, etc.
[doublepost=1499964731][/doublepost]Much worse for me now. I was happy with beta 2.

Hopefully iOS 11 starts becoming a lot more stable now.

The screen thing sent me back to 10.3.3. And I'm pretty tolerant.

I am with you! The battery life killed it for me as well. I will continue to watch the forums and when a more stable PB is released - I will go back. I am pretty tolerant, but I cant stand charging my phone multiple times in a day!

Dunno if this is a beta or a Twitter thing, but thank Christ for this.

I have found that if the Profile is installed in iOS 10.3.2 or 10.3.3 and then the phone is updated with iOS 11 without restore or setup as new, then the profile works alright and network connectivity is established without problem.
