So an apple engineer was really sitting there going "hmmmm I wonder what these icons on the reminder app look like on the right side instead of the left"

Thank you! I'm glad someone else has actually said it. It is so hideous like no thought whatsoever was put behind it. My 8 year old nephew could've created something better in Microsofts now defunct paint.

Maybe they are setting it to auto flip for right to left languages and it just isn't working correctly at the moment. That would make the most sense.
To be fair, that comment could pretty much describe all the system icons since the iOS 7 redesign.
New emojis probably won't come out until 11.1 or 11.2, like past years with new emojis.

I'd get home, get on the wifi, and queue up a letter or two of the alphabet at at time. You can only hit the download button so many times before the phone gets bogged down. I'd usually try to queue up a couple letters a time before going to bed, but 'S' really gave me fits this time. Sepultura and Slayer choked it.
Hideous. Apple doesn't know how to design for crap anymore.
Is the bug which prevented notifications centre from appearing on swipe down, resolved?
For non 3D touch phones i see why this is needed, but for 3D touch phones i don't like it. It is a gesture on top of a gesture. If your screen is packed with notifications then you only have very little area where you can get to the widgets or the camera. I was happy when they got rid of the notification gestures. I'm sure there is a better way.
It doesn't seem any different to me. I double click and I get a haptic response for each click of that double click.
