Seems the same to me too, a click feel for each click of the button.It doesn't seem any different to me. I double click and I get a haptic response for each click of that double click.
It does if your language is written right to left.The reminders icon has not changed in settings so I’m hoping the main one is just an accident. Makes no sense for the dots to be on that side.

Have they removed icloud message sync showing the number of items? Mine has been stuck on syncing to iCloud for a few minutes now with no idea if it's making any progress.
