Can we expect beta 5 tomorrow or are we still at a 2 week cadence?
I hope this beta is pretty stable so they can fix all the little bugs sooner than 2 weeks cycle.

Your case does not have full res photos on your phone at all. I suspect all are in “others” and there is not much user can do to delete those files.
Is this a problem?

I have an issue whereby the recipient unable to view PDF file attached from Files app when sending email. Anyone had same issue?
I had this happen about a month ago. I sent a folder of pdf and word files to a friend. She informed me that she could not open them. After she sent me a few pictures, the files had something along the lines of this: FILENAME.pdf.icloud

I went to Files and the entire folder I sent was 'in iCloud' and not on my device. I downloaded the folder and then resent the email, and surely enough, she was now able to view the files since they now said: FILENAME.pdf

I have not tried to do this since then, but I believe it is a bug. Having to download a folder of files before emailing the folder is extremely annoying and leaves room for error on my part. I submitted it as a bug and you should too if you are experiencing the same issue.

Has anyone tried to edit a photo, specifically a photo with Depth Effect and HDR?

Making a change to the photo, like cropping, and then reverting back to original, it seems to permanently "de-saturate" the photo, so the colors are less vibrant. When I go to edit said photo again, the color saturation returns, but when I exit the editing screen, it reverts back to being un-saturated. Very odd bug.
Seeing the same behavior. Nothing seems to have helped fix it.

I never thought a dumb bug like music always on "shuffle" woulf really "bug" me so much. Bought some new albums yesterday nd want to listen to them in the order they are on the album...and can't...actually more frustrating than I though it would be.

Beta 4 has worked great so far but all of a sudden my iPhone 7 Plus is turning so sluggish and hot. It all happened after I enabled the GBoard keyboard after today's GBoardnl update. Now my phone stutters and pauses constantly as I type. Looking forward to beta 5 already. But so random that it just happened out of the blue.
[doublepost=1501511339][/doublepost]Does anyone know if it's possible to downgrade to iOS 10.3.3 from iOS 11 Beta 4 without losing any data? Or will I have to wipe it? I know there was a bug or something a while back that made it impossible to downgrade without wiping. And I'm all about betas but this morning my iPhone turned to ****.

Phone became so sluggish, 3D touch wouldnt show up, battery usage wouldnt show up. Had to reboot and everything is back to normal.

I'm getting very frequent crashing on iPad mini 4 running PB3. Only seems to happen when opening the multi task menu from within Safari. iPad becomes completely unresponsive and requires hard reset. Happened about 3 times in the space of 90 minutes last night.

Sounds to me that this wasn’t out of the blue at all, but correlated to the enabling of the Gboard after it updated. Have you disabled the keyboard and checked to see if the issues persist?

So what I can do is wait for Apple to fix this?
Well, pretty much. You can try to free up space by factory resetting device and recover from backup but I doubt this would ever work. Plus not all apps will work as it was before after doing so.
Cosmetic Bug: If your iPod touch (Gen. 6) is locked (by a passcode) and you wants to open a notiification, the TouchID screen appears instead of entering the code.
The sign of next gen iPod Touch having Touch ID? :p

My Photos app doesn't seem to sync unless I plug the phone in to a charger, then it will. I know that's intended behaviour when the battery is low, but mine was at 80% when I had to plug it in to get the new photos sync'd to my Macbook. Having said that, I'm sure it worked fine yesterday. I've not logged it in Feedback as it's not a consistent enough issue yet. I'll have to do some testing.

Seems more like a feature to me. Just like iCloud backup happening when you plug in and are connected to wifi, seems like this would follow the same rules given how much data/battery it could potentially take.

I have one fundamental question- today is 29-July, just about 45 days to go before release of 11.
People are reporting bugs currently.
Do we expect the bugs reported these days to get resolved in the next 30 days? I mean isnt it a little too short time period from today onwards to resolve the issues.
Yes, Apple is already working on versions way later than beta 4 that goes out to devs and PB testers.

That implies that they would be seeing the bug reports on a daily or hourly basis and also responding to them with the same speed.
Doesnt it appear a little difficult and improbable or has it happened this way always.
They are most likely aware of a lot of issues being reported already and just not merged in the fixes yet. Certainly Apple is not only aware of bugs being reported by testers. They pretty much know whats going on in there already.

Surely if they remain on a 2 week schedule then that only leaves us another 2 beta builds? Since Messages on the Cloud still isn't working for some of us you'd think they would want to switch to weekly builds at some point to ensure they get that working and tested properly.

If Beta 5 is on Aug 7, Beta 6 on Aug 21, then you have Beta 7 on Sep 5.

For those saying it's not possible to have a beta next week look at the iOS 10 beta release schedule.

Beta 4 lasted 8 days
Beta 5 lasted 6 days
Beta 6 lasted 4 days
Beta 7 lasted 7 days

Apple will release beta's as and when they want to.
There is a speculation thread below than is better suited for these posts. :)

Just remove Gboard and live with it for a week.
