If it has happened in the past, it can happen again in the future. So they are all possibilities.

But, look up releases for Pre-iOS 7. Most of them are random times. Betas would come out at 5PM PDT on Fridays, consistently.

Perhaps because the first beta is the one most likely to have issues? A one week turnaround basically is no time at all.

Day 1 deploy --- Days 2-4 figure out if there are issues -- Days 5 & 6 Weekend! --- Day 7 Deploy next beta with no new code.

Doesn't work so well.

It should be coming in an update at some point. Probably won't be in a big fix update (but then again, who knows).

This thread has become all iOS 11 release speculation. It started out as beta speculation as betas were the only thing available in June. Last 10+ pages has been public release and betas.
