Yes, but on 9/23 Apple re-released 12.6.3 for those that needs to use iTunes for installing Apps. It just wasn't picked up until yesterday in a thread and today on the front page.

Thats tiny compared to the 11.0.x updates being 280MB+. I'm glad I get 11.0.3 on Wednesday over smaller beta updates.
