Well it does include 3 new wallpapers for the X only so it technically is a different "build" as it's not identical.

I doubt anything else is different from beta 1; no one has found any other differences I'm aware of.

Anyone have any guesses when we might see the official launch of 11.2?
I’m using an iPhone X but don’t want to try a beta quite yet

Hope this is a quick beta cycle, my Apple Watch battery is worn down and I can’t get service on it with a beta installed. Can’t downgrade either.

Yeah yeah, i know it wasn’t a great idea to install it. Lesson learned.

I highly doubt that they fix such an annoying but in the end minor bug with an iOS 11.1.1 release. The calculator bug wasn't fix in an iOS 11.0.x at all. So why should they release x.x.1 for such a bug.
I actually think they might. The calculator bug, while annoying, did not affect use as long as you slowed down a bit. More importantly, it was not the most used app in the iOS App pantheon. iMessage is. I think they will fix quickly.

Apple has a time issue here. Their whole focus has been shifted to iOS 11.2. With iOS 11.2 coming in three to four weeks (minus Thanksgiving week 2-3 weeks development time), I doubt that they have time to fix and retest the build.
