This question may confuse some, because when you ask the same question for final releases it has the same answer...
It really doesn't seem to matter what verbiage you put in the disclaimer they "read" when they sign up....their expectations are what they are.

The "rub" is that you need both types of users - the technical ones that can understand the problems, articulate them and provide somewhat meaningful feedback and the non-technical users - the latter of which tend to do things in unexpected ways - that the rest of us wouldn't find.

Heh...me, I'd still like to see them fit with shock collars, but I don't have the most patience. :)

As I told you :D
There is no excuse for not releasing iOS 11.2.6 right now
And as I told you, 11.2.6 would only come out for an emergency fix.

Haven’t had a single respring on 11.2.5, nor crackling speaker. These issues, if they are actual software issues, affect a very small amount of people. 11.3 is 5-6 weeks away. Unless there is an emergency patch required, there is no need for 11.2.6.

There's a perfectly good excuse if it doesn't exist. The fix is in 11.3. While the consequences of this bug are serious, I'm not sure what percentage of the install base would use this character (though, I suppose bad guys could use it to send to any language). I'm guessing we do see 11.2.6 but we might not either.

"Apple has confirmed to iMore that the bug is not only fixed in current betas of iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS, it'll also be made available in a point release prior to the current betas going into release. So, for example, though the bug is fixed in iOS 11.3 beta, Apple will push out an iOS 11.2.x update to get it fixed faster for everyone."

From the iMore website, sounds like we will be getting a 11.2.6 update!

Highly possible since it is an OS level bug that crashes any app where the character is seen. Guess we will find out.

Update: Looks like iOS 10 is affected too

Not possible. iOS 10 is perfect!

I think we see 11.2.6 tomorrow, Monday latest.

iOS 10.3.3 wasn't really perfect for me, good performance wise but it had a few glitches. My lockscreen would sometimes go completely black, and suggested apps in the bottom corner would be unopenable if a notification was on the screen. 9.3.5 felt better in that area, no recurring issues there. Not much of a surprise I guess seeing as 10.3 is 11's direct predecessor.
