I still don't understand why Apple is so late when comes to patches...such a dedicated company that charges 1000$ for a phone should be able to patch a minor problem the same day or at least the next one

Wouldn't say no chance, Apple is not a federal entity and they are working today I suspect. Presidents day is not typically a day most businesses close for.

You’re kidding, right? They have to first find the piece of code causing the issue. They then have to make a fix and then test it to make sure it doesn’t cause any other bugs. It’s easy to talk big when you have no idea how to fix it yourself (and you aren’t required to fix it yourself).

Go get yourself a $1000 Android and see how quick those patches and updates come.

Isn't that the truth! If you have a Pixel phone you're good for updates. A carrier phone? Not so much!
We might see stuff going out today: Apple gives 14 paid holidays per year, but most of those are the company shutdown between Christmas Eve and New Years Day. Besides that, employees get Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and two days for Thanksgiving. In practice, the company also gives everyone the entire week of Thanksgiving off

It was changed to President's Day because we had a Lincoln day as well (even though it was never technically a Federal Holiday). They combined them.
Gotta use my Pixel 2 XL then. Someone pasted the crash character from android to Clash Royale clan chat, and I cannot login, same with Messenger... #bugOS . What is even worse that it isn't the first time we are having this bug. Really (cr)apple...
Tried to reboot but it didn't fix it. Sometimes, Messenger and CR will start, but will randomly crash. Most of the time, it will just instantly crash...
