Usually the main iOS release drops around a week after the keynote, but before the shipping of the new devices starts. I see a release around the 18th. The version will likely be iOS 11.0.1 with an update to iOS 11.0.2 the following week. Aside from the first beta of iOS 11.1 (probably with Apple Pay Cash and iMessage iCloud sync).
Has there been an indication that Apple Pay Cash is delayed to 11.1? I know iCloud sync was delayed but had not heard about APC being delayed as well.

I mean its not been in a single beta or the GM, so that probably means its coming later.

I just assumed it was a server-side turn on. You may be right, but its odd that they haven't said anything, esp after they did comment on the timing for Messages sync.

Maybe because message sync was included and then removed? And this has never been included? Just my thought.

Apple has to be complaint with financial laws (e.g. money laundering). That’s something which isn’t done within three months (SEC compliance). Additionally Apple filed the trademark in the EU. I could see a launch in America and Europe at the same time. There might an expansion period of Apple Pay starting in October around Europe and the launch of Apple Pay Cash in October...

The GM should be released after the keynote. Beta profile is needed to receive the GM, as it is not a public release. The public release will occur later.

You don't need a beta profile to install the GM. Anyone who uses a direct link or, er, alternative means can install it via iTunes. It's literally the exact same thing that will be released next week, barring any major last-minute bugs.

Developer GM today and Public (beta testers) GM tomorrow like last year? Public release next week.

I would love a “One More Thing” being a system-wide dark mode announcement, coming in iOS 11.1 later in the year (much like they did with Portrait Mode). Saving power on OLED displays with the black pixels not being on, and looking super sexy on the new iPhone X.

All stock apps updated, an API for devs, and in beta for developers after the keynote, available to the public later in the year.

If this was the last thing they announced as a One More Thing, I think the crowd would cheer the roof off the SJ Theatre.

Yeah maybe, because of the OLED screen of the new iPhone.

Apple's going to improve the "smart invert color mode"

Then you can install the GM on iPhone with iOS 10.3.3?
Also, when will the final version to the public, will I have to upgrade again?

Yes IF you have the beta profile (either dev or Public) or download the ipsw file. And no you wont have to update again to final because GM is final, unless within next week they have to add a quick fix for something.
