Whether 11.1 Beta will move forward from the 11.0.1 onwards, or whether that will improve from 11 onwards?
In other words, do we expect that the issues resolved in 11.0.1 will remain resolved in 11.1 beta!

Beta 1 may not, but on going betas may. or Beta 1 could be the same as 11.0.1 but with 11.1 added code. Its impossible to tell without the build number.

Not necessarily. I’m quite happy with iOS 11/11.0.1.
I wouldn't expect beta 1 to be an improvement over 11.0.1. 11.0.1 seems pretty solid on my devices.

Man, I wish I could say the same as you guys. I notice UI issues, glitches and frame drops on a daily basis. And this is on a brand new iPhone 8 Plus! It’s just unnaceptable to me. Many others have stated the same so I’m not alone with this. Looking forward to iOS 11.1 regardless.

Hardly any glitches on my 8Plus, even on iOS 11.0. I set the device up as new and it was pretty rock solid. After today's update, its even better.

Now my Air 2 on the other hand, is a disaster. iOS 11.0.1 is refusing to sync with iTunes and its pretty laggy. iOS 11.0 was better for my Air 2. Probably just indexing as I just installed it.

Some of the glitches have been fixed but I’m still noticing some every now and then when opening an app, it will kind of ‘flash’ slightly. Then there’s the App Store lag when scrolling, and when swiping between photos there’s this stutter that wasn’t present in iOS 10. Many others but those are some examples. I guess I’m more sensitive to this kind of stuff.

I'm incredibly sensitive to that type of stuff. I have chronic migraines and if things aren't smooth, it screws with my eyes. The old animation style on iPhone 7/7Plus up until 10.3, where the animation was a few frames too long and it looked off, completely tweaked my eyes. I had to find wallpapers that didn't show the issue.

iOS 11.0.1 seems a little more stable on 7 Plus... Will be less of a pain to use my phone until they bring some real fixes at least.

do you take a magnesium supplement? find one with magnesium bisglycinate in it and take 250mg of elemental magnesium per day and give it a month, but going for 3 would be better. keep taking it forever to help with bloodwork across the board. blood pressure, insulin resistance the list goes on and on. its an anti ageing mineral

I don't take magnesium, but I do take potassium. It was so bad in my late teens/early twenties I was actually on an antibiotic for migraines. I still get really bad episodes where I need nothing but darkness for about 12 hours. So, stuttering animations are no good for me. Thats why I am able to confidently say, 11.0.1 changed the home button lag compared to iOS 11.0. Because every time I would use my device it would tweak my eyes.

With that being said, thank you or the advice! Much appreciated!

Grab the one I mentioned (there are useless versions out there). You will not regret it :)

Has anyone else been able to download the beta profile on the iPhone 8 or 8 Plus? I go to the developer page to download it, and it's not there. Any ideas?
