XS Max seems to have an issue fixed in this beta with devices not charging when plugged in to the wired charger after being on standby for 20 seconds. Should this be added to the wiki? There are 2 threads open in the iPhone forum (could be more) plus other forums reporting the same issue for iOS 12 devices but I haven’t seen the issue on 12.1.

How's the beta treating you guys on the iPhone Xs Max? Any annoying bugs or performance issues? I"m Apple Dev I'm holding out for a while iOS 12 has been a gem for me but I would like to install 12.1 to get Group FaceTime back again.

can anyone on 12.1 use Continuity?

Yes, no issue at all and same with my MBP.

It’s been silky smooth but Goup FaceTime still has some bugs like it can’t prioritize who to center when everyone is talking in a large group. Use iTunes to update it though if you plan to.

Something I’ve had start recently, and a reboot hasn’t cured. Is that when my X is on silent I do not get vibrations for any notifications, despite having vibrate on silent enabled.

I've updated to 12.1 Public Beta by accident (Apple pushed this updated, even when i opted out of the beta program). Anyway, sharing my activity with friend over the Apple Watch stopped working after this update. Anyone else noticed this?

Friends cannot see my activity rings, they never get updated nor pushed to the iPhone/Apple Watch.

Will try this update later today. But it stopped working after updating to iOS 12.1, with WatchOS still on GM.

Only annoying thing is the YouTube Home Bar not disappearing once you rotate to full screen mode.

Annoying bug that happened with the X and 12 Betas too.

Also, wish the home bar could be completely hidden at all times as it doesn’t need to be there.

An option for this would be nice.

I ended up taking the easy option and just updating the phone.

I probably should have thought to see if I could delete it first, but it’s not seeming buggy in use.

Had the same thing happen to me now. Couldn't find the profile at all on my phones. I restored my XS Max from a backup during the beta, so maybe that's why the profile still there somehow. Can't find any profiles under settings.
So got a fresh profile and installing it anyway... hate notification bubbles.

Anyone else having an issue with everything in Apple Music being stuck on shuffle mode? I've tried toggling, checking settings, and rebooting and still shuffles.

Haven’t read through all posts yet, busy at work all wk.

Anyone else having issues with FaceTime. When using it, then press Home button to get to home screen and then back to FaceTime the person doesn’t see you anymore. Says paused for them. This happens a lot for me.

Have to end the call and call them again.

well checked with my significant other, she can see everything I'm doing on her watch. I am on beta, and latest 5.0.1 update for Watch.

I can confirm this issue.

I have huge data usage for iTunes Media Service under System services, using Apple Music with my entire collection downloaded for offline use and data usage disabled. Even with this settings iTunes Media Service uses a lot of data, only happens with Apple Music library.

I've removed Apple Music cloud library and synced my local mp3 collection and it's seems it has been corrected.

Apple have some serious issues with Cloud features.

They do. Music is skipping on radio and my messages won’t load. iCloud needs major work
