iOS 12.1 Beta 2― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Anyone unable to get a signal on Verizon with beta 1 and 2? Set up as new. iPhone has been replaced. Can’t get it to fully activate but has LTE before that step is reached. Tried doing a DFU on beta 1 and no luck. Just updated to beta 2 and so far, nothing.

Verizon SIM works fine in my iPhone SE.

In the past i had an issue where my verizon sim worked fine in one phone but not in another. Had to go to verizon and get a replacement sim. Maybe something like that is happening to you.

Public Beta is often NOT released the same day.. Usually its the next day. They started releasing it the same day towards the end of iOS 12.0 beta cycles... But theirs no problem with getting the dev betas. this isnt a "major release".. I'll understand if its iOS 13. (Even then, I would still hope on the dev beta cycle mid way thru)..
 
Ever since updating to iOS 12 i have the following issue: sometimes when I unlock my iphone 7 and I had left an app open, when I unlock the phone, it's like the app crashes and for a few seconds all I see is the my background and a single app icon (the app i had open), and then it's like everything resets and goes back to normal.
I did a clean install of iOS 12.
Is anyone else having this issue?

lol why did you quote my post? It had nothing to do with signal, I don't currently use an X, and I don't have verizon.

That being said, good luck. I hope you get it sorted out.

If you scroll fast while on a safari web page and while it’s scrolling down automatically pull down the notification centre halfway there is stuttering on an iPhone X.
