Anyone’s else’s AppStore keep downloading the same app updates since earlier today? Mine is set to manual and whenever I go check for updates it keeps showing them available for the last three. Thx.

Mine is doing it also. But I’m still on 12.1.3, so it’s not beta related.

When you first check the update, did it shows up as updated as today or in the past? I believe whenever an app started to upload it may show up as an available update but shows a posted date in the past. For example, Apollo showed up in the AppStore today but posted date last month (last updated). If you updated that app, it may show up again when you manually check the AppStore later as updated/posted “Today”. If so, the AppStore has always been like that.

No this is definitely different. Once and app is updated it should never prompt again until there is another one, no matter how many times you check. Mine is just stuck in a loop with 3 currently. But...the apps do work.

Other replies indicate it’s not just me anyway :)

Has anybody had issues with calendar syncing?
I am struggling to get calendars to sync in iCloud and Exvhange.

Not calendars but my Reminders are not syncing properly (lists correct info on iPhone but not iPad/Mac). Just started this beta so it’s gotta be something with iCloud sync.

UPDATE, 2/1: Looks like syncing is working again. All reminders are now caught up. I was getting notifications from previous days at the time scheduled for the day of (i.e. only on reoccurring reminders). Also wasn’t receiving location based reminders but that seems fixed as well - received a notification when arriving to work today.

Could’ve possibly had something to do with FT bug/Apple taking the severs offline?

I haven’t jumped on this beta as of yet but I must say the WiFi and cellular performance on 12.1.3 has been atrocious on my XS. The last version that I was pretty satisfied with the WiFi and cell performance was 12.1.1.

Anyone know if 12.2 beta has fixed this or at least made it better?

No better even on 12.2. I experience more call drops/disconnections than 12.1.3. Although, network & Carrier firmware versions were updated in 12.2 but no improvement.

Sorry if anyone’s mentioned it and if I missed it but is anyone on this beta having trouble with Safari content blockers not properly filtering/blocking web content such as ads?

AdGuard Pro doesn’t seem to be filtering at all on my phone since messing with filter subscriptions.

Yes, indeed.

I can no longer replicate properly with AOL accounts or Google Mail accounts.

iCloud accounts working just fine.

Now...interestingly, I can get AOL mail and Google Mail if I am using their proprietary applications, which leads me to believe that it could have something to do with how they are trying to implement tracking and/or advertising.

I hope this is not another "Enterprise Certificate" scandal waiting to happen.

Well, Apple did revoke Google's enterprise cert yesterday...

Just wondering if anyone else gets any form of haptic feedback when swiping up in an app to go back to the home screens? It seems very random with me and has been for the last few versions. When there is feedback it’s as though it’s doing the taskswitcher variant. Thanks.

This is a distinct bug on the App Store side, there are no changes to the apps and uninstalling/reinsalling and restarting the phone makes no difference - its as if the app store doesn't recognise that you have the latest version of the app.

Other apps have downloaded as normal but the 3 that were affected yesterday for me (Bloomber, Pillow and Skype) are still showing as needing updating today.

Hopefully the App Store issue happening right now sees to it...

I get haptic feedback when swiping up the controlcenter

I only get the haptic feedback when I swipe in such a way that it accidentally starts to open the app switcher. But nothing when swiping directly to home.

Yes.

I have the free version of AdGuard and periodically it will stop working. If I close out Safari and relaunch, it works again. I’ve tried several adblockers to test and same behavior. I reported it.

I’ve seen that too. Mine seems more random though. I sometimes seem to get a small feedback a few seconds after I unlock too.
