Found something new. When you want to log in somewhere sometimes you only see the keyboard and sometimes a popup to login. If you get the second one and you are using Face ID it’s logging in itself without tapping on login.

and now i both know that, and know that you know that.

EDiT: where on the first page? i see the 'resolved' info about the 'charged' text, but no mention of the timer restored to the lockscreen....

EDIT EDIT: page TWO, and had not yet seen that when i posted: iOS 12.2 Beta 3 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

Yea I usually read the first two pages on these threads then the last one to catch up quickly. And under resolved it states the charged bug displaying on the lock screen is fixed.

yes, but was talking about the timer, how that display had returned to the lockscreen... (again, it is mentioned on page2).

Unfortunately, network connectivity is still pretty bad. Is it really that difficult, or did they just give up and decide to ride it out until the XI drops?

Hey you try working with a underperforming intel modem and bad in antenna design that negates things lol. I don’t blame em.

My experience is different. Before this beta, my Verizon XS Max was getting good LTE & wifi connectivity and speeds most of the time (though sometimes a bit slower than my iPhone X did in the same areas). But after installing 12.2 beta 3, LTE and wifi are screaming fast, and I'm getting a stronger and more reliable LTE/cellular signal in areas that I know have spotty coverage.

I know you and many others are still having horrible LTE or wifi performance and I'm mad at Apple for not fixing this. My first Max unit (a week or two after launch) had horrible LTE and wifi connectivity and slow download/upload speeds. I tried everything I could and nothing helped, including a couple of 12.0.x point updates that Apple issued during the time I had that unit. I returned it and get a replacement unit which has been fine. Many people who got replacement units reported on other threads that they are having a better experience, but many others are having the same problems with their replacement units.

This is a real big f***ing problem, and Apple should acknowledge it openly and bend over backwards to make it right for folks like you that are still having crappy LTE or wifi connectivity.

But for some folks, a few of the various iOS updates since last fall have helped. I'm sorry that this update isn't helping your issues, and I hope the next one does.

Sadly they won’t until enough people complain and it hits mainstream news.

Can anyone please point me to how or where I can have my iPhone6+ currently on 12.1.4 to be in the beta program? Thanks.

Have you tried a hard reboot?

The consequence of going with Intel in lieu of Qualcomm. It's a well-known fact that Qualcomm model has up to 40% better performance than Intel's.

Anyone else having issues with connecting to Apple TV with Remote App (lockscreen app)? Mine just says connecting and just spins. Stopped working on iOS 12.2 Beta 2 and still not working on iOS 12.2 Beta 3. I’m on a XR. My wife’s 7 Plus on iOS 12.2 Beta 2 is working fine.

Did someone can check in Home app which languages are supported in homepod with iOS 12.2 beta 3? Take a screenshot, please... thank u

I'm connecting fine using the control center Apple TV remote, iOS 12.2b3. My Apple TV is on the latest public release, not beta.

Not sure if this is a placebo, but I swear my cellular/data issues seem better after resetting my network settings. I did that with the last beta.
Not sure but I think that really helped. I hope so. Thanks. Battery life looks good too.

EDIT: Nope. Cellular signal went worse again.

I’ve had a couple of disconnects on 5GHz WiFi on this beta. One each on my XS Max and iPP 10.5. First time in a long time I’ve experienced a disconnect. I reported them.
