ok, so you and your friends have the issue. i didn't (and i took the time to try, and i downloaded your video). so... not an issue everyone is having. did you try any of my suggestions?

start a thread. ask for help. that's one of the things this forum is best at... helping out.

Which phone do you have?

well yes. And I worked with Apple during the first few months of the issues. As for the LTE issues:

Signal strength and reliability: this is better. The phone actually takes a longer time before it gives up on the LTE connection. Strength is slightly better as well. No more data cut outs. Also signal no longer randomly disappear and come back when you’re I’m a full coverage area.

In terms of signal recovery during a underground train ride: feels similar but I have noticed it taking less time in No Service. So it’s better. Just inconsistent.

Speed is consistent for me.

Ha. No worries man. It happened to me the first few times I used it. But then I questioned and now I know.
 
I went from beta to beta and to beta again on my XS MAC this Beta is the best of the best, I effing love it!!!
 
Hoping on this Beta train. Sounds like this is more than likely the GM. Minus maybe the edition of a new subscription app etc that’s to be announced.
Let’s all enjoy iOS 12 betas before iOS 13 finesses everything up again.
 
I've noticed the AirPods have been finicky on this beta and hadn't been in any other release. I'm thinking there are some under the hood tweaks going on with the AirPods since the next version is looming. I'd assume next week we will see a couple beta releases with the GM dropping Friday ahead of a release on Monday or Tuesday possibly.

I haven't noticed any issues with my AirPods and this beta. I usually wear them about 2-3 hours during the day.
 
I had to restart the phone, XS Max, to get them to show on the device screen for phone calls. Note, I didn't restart the phone after the update until this issue was discovered that day. Could have been a fluke, but speculating. I also own 2 pair....
 
Not sure if anyone else cares about AirPlay to a 3rd gen Apple TV... I had posted in the beta 3 and 4 threads that it was broken (stuttering or completely frozen during screen mirroring). Fixed in beta 5 and actually working better than ever.

I’m still having that black screen bug that’s been around ever since I bought my XS. The screen would go black and unresponsive for several minutes, and sometimes I’d have to restart it.

Just DL beta 5,beta 4 gave me issues with beta profile removing itself...Im sure it has been talked bout!

See what the next couple days bring to the updated beta,i hope better than beta4
 
I take it back. Still randomly loose signal. I was making a WhatsApp call in a full signal area. Then it randomly disappear for 30 seconds and came back. Caught it coming back:

Same here in Germany. For a few minutes I didn’t have cellular connection.

I don’t know if this is a bug or new feature but the now playing always stays on the lock screan for whatever I was playing last in Spotify, Apple Music etc. it only goes away if I reboot the phone but is back again as soon as I use a music app etc.

This is a bug. It annoys the heck out of me. It was present in the early beta builds of iOS 12.0, but they eventually fixed it.

Well... I just created a thread about this "bug". Maybe I shouldn't have, but yeah...
