It might have been, but I'm not risking checking on any of my devices. Not til after this weekend, anyway. (I have a very long roadtrip planned and need Music to not crash constantly as it allegedly does on beta 3.)
 
Wonder if this is why people can't get Beta 3

Known Issues
  • iOS 12.3 beta 3 can only be installed if you are running iOS 12.3 beta 2. Our next beta release will resolve this issue so you can also install from other versions of iOS.

Qualcomm was still providing modem firmware updates due to contractual reasons. The recent licensing agreement didn't change anything with existing products.

Ah, that explains it. I’m running 12.2 stable at the moment.
 
It would be so so nice if 'hand-off' between my Xs Max and MacOS Mojave 2013 MacBook Air actually worked fully and correctly. How can Safari work Xs > Mac, Notes works Xs > Mac, yet nothing works the other way at all? Mental. I sure am not signing out of iCloud on anything either. That's just a world of hurt I ain't got time for!
 
Apple Music "My Favorites" playlist stopped updating and it has coincided with 12.3. It was working great before, updating every Tuesday but it hasn't updated in weeks now. Anybody else notice this?

I just noticed that "New Music Mix" updated last Friday but but not my Favorites.
 
My Calendar app just crashed twice. I get the inherent risk of running beta but I'm going to hold off for a day or two next time. Lesson learned.

My favorites is showing that it updated yesterday, so seems to be working okay here.

Yup, it seems that issue was added to the release notes afterward since it wasn't there initially when I added it to the wiki. It is also in the Feedback app too.
