Not really, considering the original iPhone was only supported through iOS 3. Initial renditions of products tend to be the guinea pig in this sense.
Not only that, but the processor on the S0 (which I own currently) is woefully underpowered.

I'm expecting that after a certain threshold for CPU performance, the support period for watches will be longer than the initial watch was supported. Much in the same way that an iPhone 6s today stands up much better today than an iPhone 1 would have by the time the 4th iOS upgrade for it came around (which it didn't).

Uh, if that's not proof of a notch coming to the iPad, then IDK what is. I mean, maybe it's just for consistency with the X. What's with the full date thing though? Is that an option? I hope the iPad doesn't get a notch. They could do just as well with a minimal bezel. Notches are fine on my X but on an iPad that you frequently use in landscape it would be annoying.

You also have to remember that rumours has it that the entire 2019 iPhone line-up is expected to have the iPhone X "edge-to-edge-display" design. It makes sense for Apple to make the gestures work the same on all the devices. I tend to actually forget this myself when I'm on my iPad Pro, I also forget I have to pull up from the bottom to get to control center instead of pulling down from the top right as on my iPhone X.

I'm not doubting we will see a new iPad Pro with a notch and Face ID but it makes perfect sense to make this change to all devices to make things more coherent.

Anyone actually test Memoji? I’m curious how realistic they are.
I created one of me, it's pretty good IMO

Looks like me and I had to do minimal changes, it must see how you look and create the starting point from there.

Is the Measure App missing for anyone else? I can find it through spotlight but I have searched every single page of my home screen multiple times and it is not showing up there.
When you find it in spotlight, look for text that will tell you what folder it was placed in. It was placed in my "Content Blockers" folder that I created, for whatever reason.

Just did, and my comment still stands.

"Wow, guessing the rumors that this was just a 'bug fix release for iOS11' were not exactly correct. Several new features and a TON of bugs in the initial beta listed." Beta 1 of a major release, even a bug fix release, is expected to have a lot of problems.
Nice, way to NOT copy my entire post to try and prove your point. Just disregard if you cannot comprehend the point I was making. Its fine. BTW the entire post was:

"Wow, guessing the rumors that this was just a 'bug fix release for iOS11' were not exactly correct. Several new features and a TON of bugs in the initial beta listed. Before I get flamed, I know its beta, the point being if this was just a fix to iOS 11 chaos, then I would not expect such an extensive 'whats broken' list. So clearly this is a normal iOS release."
