When you tap a contact in an iMessage conversation, it finally lets you choose between a voice call and FaceTime audio. Before it just did a FaceTime audio call by default. Glad that was changed, it was annoying.

When scrolling through attachments sent in a message thread (going to info and scrolling), it always bounces up to the top no matter how slow/fast you scroll. It's impossible to find a picture you've sent. anyone else have this issue? I believe it's been a bug since before ios 11.

My post was in reference to iOS 12. I used the first three betas with the first two being a pleasure to use. Based on what I've read, the bugs have continued to pile up in each subsequent beta. Reading other people's experiences with iOS 12 in this thread will ultimately decide whether or not I choose to update my X from it's native shipping version.
How about you worry about yourself and not try to police members who have been here a hell of a lot longer than you? Trust me. I know what I'm doing.
For pretty much all other versions of iOS betas (iOS 7-11), I'd offer just don't do it, wait until the official release of the x.1 at the latest or x.0.2 at the earliest - but IMO iOS 12 has been pretty much the most-stable iOS beta I've tested. With iOS 11 betas I gave up and reverted to iOS 10 (some of my company's older devices are still on iOS 10 FWIW).
I've been impressed enough with iOS 12 so far I installed it on one of my iP6 handsets - it's as slick to use as when 9.3.5 was installed but with more features. I hated iOS 11 on that iP6, a second backup iP6 is still on 9.3.5. I run a company and have that luxury - I have to make sure that versions of iOS work with my company's needs, and the latest beta works with my needs (SSH, VPN, Exchange) - color me impressed with the latest beta so far.
I have notice that sometimes in my 7+, when I hard press to clear all notifications it will send you to the camera, so you have to swipe back and it will still be on the 3d touched clear all button.
Also, I have putted the stop watch and suddenly I was having WhatsApp closing like 2-5 seconds, every single time, and when you opened again it will start the app like it was closed manually. When I stopped the stop watch, WhatsApp behaved normally again.

beta 4 was bad, beta 5 is somehow worse. YMMV.

Yup. Pretty much any action, but especially loading and switching to the app will cause a long delay in taps being accepted and/or UI freeze.
I can't pair my wacom fineline 3 bluetooth stylus with the latest beta (5) it just doesn't work anymore 
Is the “partly cloudy nighttime” animation different in the weather app? Looks more...foreboding.

I’ve just had my second respring while typing something in iMessages. Sent feedback. Luckily it’s not a frequent occurrence.
i know its a beta and yes ive passed info onto apple,. but this is the worst beta so far on my X lots of re springs. just a warning to others wanting to install it

It’s bizarre because I haven’t had one on the latest beta. Not on any of the others either . It would suggest it may be app related?!? Same with battery problems I haven’t noticed any drop in battery performance either. Normally end the day with about 60% with about 4-5 hours of screen time.
in all my years of beta testing on Macs, ipads and phones, i think ive had one re spring as a result of installing a beta!
so to get quite a lot is a shock but is the nature of the beast. Battery performance is def down as well so perhaps its an app , but funny how we all seem to get it in messaging.
