With 12.1 just around the corner I wouldn't expect a 12.0.2. That said, Apple has been full of surprises recently regarding updates.
I would not be surprised to see the XR's being shipped with 12.1.
I doubt the XR will come with 12.1. we are still in beta and 12.1 wont be released till probably the last week of October.
12.0.2 will be released on the XR’s.
Seriously thou, I don’t see 12.0.2 coming as 12.1 will be out in less than two weeks.
wonder when this is going to be fixed?? its not in 12.0.1 or 12.1 beta
Previously, it mention 12.1 was suppose to fix it but now they removed any reference to it.
I hope so. I’m having a few annoying bugs with 12.0.1.
Screen time data being erased.
LTE randomly not working. Need to reboot to fix.
Turning an alarm on doesn’t show icon in status bar. Or turning off alarm and icon stays on in the status bar until reboot.
iPhone system storage not showing up under iPhone storage to name the main bugs driving me nuts.

My guess is October 26th when the iPhone XR is released
i doubt 12.1 is coming out next week. we need another beta (beta 5) which would need to be a GM candidate build number which we dont have yet.
