Next week is Thanksgiving. I wouldn't count on that. We have this debate every year, they have the entire week off.

Never say next week. look what happened last week.

And last year. 11.2 beta 4 dropped on Friday 11/17 before TG week. So if more betas expected then possible all the way through Friday. But I am leaning toward a release for Thursday.

Happening to me as well. Xs Max. I thought it was only mine since I have not heard anyone complain about it. I'm glad I wasn't the only one.
