Maybe @Banglazed really does live and work in Cupertino!
I like my theory: @Banglazed is really @TimAppleOr they checked Twitter.
Right and wrong at the same time.Care to elaborate why you are expecting this?
Pretty much all beta activity ceases after WWDC, because it focuses on the next version. Only the new iOS version is in beta from June->Sept, except rare occasions with 9.3.3 and 8.4. Both of which still ended in June.I’m kinda surprised so many people thought there wouldn’t be anymore betas, being that iOS 13 won’t be available to the public for another 3 1/2 to 4 months...
Dam i was wrong but sweet that's good news i wonder whats changed in 12.4
Why would they push TV+ when the first show hits in fall afaik? Map updates are mostly server-side, only the encapsulating UI and new functionality requires OS updates.I like my theory: @Banglazed is really @TimApple
[doublepost=1557937680][/doublepost]Alright: we've got an hour til this drops. What's in it? It is a point update, so I don't think it'll just be quick fixes. My candidates:
What we will not get:
- Apple TV+
- Updated Maps
- Something supporting AppleWatch (which is also apprarently getting a point release today, notably after NOT getting one to correlate with 12.3
- Dark Mode
- Dark Mode
- Dark Mode
Anyone have any confirmation that this beta is actually
It’s out.

No OTA yet...?
OTA was out about 45-50 minutes ago (for developers only)
iPhone XS
And its possible that the canary that is the Developer beta may have caught an issue that caused Apple to hold up. Trust me, there's really nothing in 12.4 that is worth getting all excited about, unless you really get a charge (pun intended!) out of seeing more credit card transactions in your Wallet. No public beta for iOS 12.4? First public beta of 12.3 came 1 day after developer release...
unless a last min major bug I would say noDo we anticipate 12.3.1 before 12.4?
Yeah 2 week cycle for the first 3 i thinkIs it safe to say iOS 12.4 beta 2 next week?
