you'll find out in aprox. 1 hourand so today?
Betas only every 2 weeksNope nope and nope
Oh and not happening this week
C'mon
Betas only every 2 weeks
Except at around beta 4 or 5 they go to 1 week intervals typically. iOS 10 was at beta 4 and iOS 11 was at beta 5. So it was entirely possible they could have gone to 1 week intervals at the current beta is what folks were thinking. (some who do get it)I know. No one in here gets it,
I know. No one in here gets it,
Last year's 11.0 betas for reference (correct me if any mistakes). I'm working on a little app which will have all release dates and lets me perform some calculations on them (like days between, average days, number of betas, etc. etc.).
05/06/2017 | 11.0 Beta 1
26/06/2017 | 11.0 Beta 2 | Days since last beta: 21
10/07/2017 | 11.0 Beta 3 | Days since last beta: 14
24/07/2017 | 11.0 Beta 4 | Days since last beta: 14
07/08/2017 | 11.0 Beta 5 | Days since last beta: 14
14/08/2017 | 11.0 Beta 6 | Days since last beta: 7
21/08/2017 | 11.0 Beta 7 | Days since last beta: 7
28/08/2017 | 11.0 Beta 8 | Days since last beta: 7
31/08/2017 | 11.0 Beta 9 | Days since last beta: 3
06/09/2017 | 11.0 Beta 10 | Days since last beta: 6
12/09/2017 | 11.0 GM | Days since last beta: 6
Hence. This. Is. Speculation. Thread.No. One. Really. Knows.
Thanks, I'll verify the dates across a few sources before posting again. I was going by https://www.theiphonewiki.com/wiki/Timeline. Luckily only entered these dates as quick test - mostly working on the functions at the mo.Incorrect (for the first 2)
http://www.thinkybits.com/blog/iOS-versions/
Beta 1-2 = 16 Days
Beta 2-3 = 19 Days
Beta 3-4 = 14 Days
Beta 4-5 = 14 Days
Beta 5-6 = 7 Days
Beta 6-7 = 7 Days
Beta 7-8 = 7 Days
Beta 8-9 = 3 Days
Beta 9-10 = 6 Days
GM = 7 Days
It appears your days may have been a cross of iOS 10 and iOS 11.
Are you going to be releasing the app on iOS, or is it just a hobby? I'm very much interested. Thanks, I'll verify the dates across a few sources before posting again. Sorry, I oversold it a bit (didn't think anyone would pay too much attention). At the mo it's just a console app for Windows. I'm doing this during my work hours because I'm bored. Certainly don't have enough spare time to make it pretty and public I'm afraid! Are you going to be releasing the app on iOS, or is it just a hobby? I'm very much interested.
Shucks! I like the idea of a quick reference. The thinkybits website is cool, but not the most convenient.Sorry, I oversold it a bit (didn't think anyone would pay too much attention).
