idk says 13.1 and as you seen thats what i got installed? this would be a pretty big type if they pushed it out and screwed up the vertion and letting for beta 9 or what ever

I'm going to guess that iOS 13.1 is only for developers. The iOS 13 for the Public is on beta 7 or 8. Maybe its only for developers to work out the bugs. My 2 cents!

Features that were removed from iOS 13 beta testing, such as Shortcuts Automations and Share ETA in Maps, are present in iOS 13.1.

Apple News+ is available in the U.K. now

EDIT: it disappeared back to spotlight but the landing page was specifically aimed at the U.K. as it was showing an issue of Wired and not The Hollywood Reporter which was appearing on the American landing page

Saw it briefly too. Actually saw the US landing page but couldn't subscribe. Kept cycling through the $9.99 subscription pages
