Mail is indeed pretty bad on iOS 13

Does apple outsource their ios coding to third party for some apps? poor quality of few apps has left me thinking.

The following issue on the Messages app since beta 1 of iOS 13 is driving me nuts! At first I thought it might be iCloud Messages related but it is still happening with it being deactivated. Also it doesn’t happen on every picture.

how about you watch the video? If you click delete, nothing gets deleted. The image remains and sometimes images that were not even there before reappear.

According to the feedback app, it has been reported more than 10 times over different builds and they still have not fixed it

Err, I did watch your video, multiple times. But it’s that quick and foreign it didn’t make any sense (to me). A few words to accompany your video would’ve gone a long way to describe your problem. Moving on…

Do you guys also have the problem in mail that when you have a mail thread with several people involved sometimes when you hit cmd+r to reply, it doesnt automatically create a new mail to the last sender, but sometimes to yourself or a previous sender from three mails ago? This is SO annoying!

Mail being still this buggy makes me wonder whether they have unannounced mail features being shown next week. I know, it sounds funny but back when an app was pretty borked they usually had a good reason on why it was the way it is (cause of features being announced at the keynote).

You just may be correct about this. For Mail to still have the issues it does, there may be a good reason they’ve not “fixed” it yet in the beta process.

Can’t delete iMessage images on my XS Max (PB2) at all . See image below - notice the trash can is grayed out. Reported via Feedback app.

Another in Messages to add, this time on the IPP 12.9 G2 on PB2
In a thread pulling up the list of images, select one image in the list and use the option to “Save Image” it saves the image to your photo library but it dumps you back into the message not the list of images in the thread.

NO. If you want the weather to show on the LS when alarm goes off, then go into the Clock.app and at the bottom press BEDTIME. Set a time for Bedtime and a time for WakeUp. Then at the top press OPTIONS then turn ON DND During Bedtime.

Donn't know if some setting has changed in Messages. After updating to PB2 I tried sending my wife a message to her phone. After composing the message and I pressed the sent button I get no response and it would not send, the message just sat there. Same thing with PB2 on my cellular iPad. So I got my wife to send me a message from her phone (IOS 12.4) I got that and could reply. However If I compose a new message I cannot send it. Never had this issue on PB1

Think I found the problem. When you go to messages app there is now an extra step. It gives me a screen that says SMS and Junk. Then I enter a name selected the name and started typing the message. However it seemed to be trying tp send the message to a landline by default and it wouldn't send. It was not until I double clicked the name did it show the recipients contact info. If I then picked the mobile number I could send the message. Previously when you typed a name in Messages yo were presented with the contact info right away. Just a different way of working.

Not sure where you get your information from. I'm Danish and quick type is no where to be found either for Danes and as far as I know Norway never got it either. So far I believe Sweden is the only one with quicktype.

Oh i figured those had it as there is dictonary settings for those countries.

This screen sensitivity bug opening new links at the slightest touch while scrolling is seriously killing me. Super annoying, I’d almost rather have any bug than this one. When is the next beta due? This is awful.

13.1 isn't that bad. I have the same bugs like in iOS 12 (freezing keyboard, swipe line at the bottom is dissapearing...), but it does work better than 12.4.1 and 13.0. And when we will get the app updates for iOS 13 everything will work much better (Bitwarden doesn't work everytime, Friendly App is crashing).
