Getting the "Verifying Install" message as a bubble notification on the lock screen. Never seen that before.
 
I was on 13.1 beta 4 with beta profile removed and got 13.1 OTA today

Same build as beta 4 most likely.
Still can’t send or receive SMS message with iPad Pro 11.
Email notifications still incorrect on iPad Pro 11. (More emails than notifications)
Notifications disappearing from lock screen on iPad Pro 11 and iPhone XS Max.
 
So I have a question for this Share ETA feature. I just tried maps and navigation and shared my ETA with one of my contacts, and they said they kept getting text messages each time my ETA changed. Is that how this works? So if I have an hour drive here in Southern California where the traffic can constantly change your ETA, the person we share with is going to get blasted with text messages? If true, Apple completely went the wrong way with this. That is going to be super annoying for people to keep getting messages throughout my drive. Am I missing something here and have it wrong?
 
Hmm. I was able to download and install 13.1 on my 2018 iPad 11" but it isn't showing up yet for my iPhone 8+...I presume this is nominal...
 
There is one change over the beta in my experience - it’s restored the Live wallpapers that the final beta removed from the new devices. Still gone on iPadOS though.
 
Strange. Right before updating my storage spiked like 7GB (all in Other). It was before the download even began. Now its not returning back, even though Other has shrunk. Perhaps it'll take some time to recalc storage or something?
 
Same build as beta 4 but some bug fixed, for example....Meridian is back in watch app 😁
 
Well if it’s the same as beta 4, that’s unfortunate. My WiFi drops when I’m on a FaceTime video call. Huge bug for me since I don’t have unlimited data.

Anyone know if it happens in 13 as well? Hope I don’t have to go back to 12.4.1 :(

It only notifies the recipient occasionally and only if there is a significant change in your ETA (more than 5 mins, I think).
 
Downloaded and installed . Much faster than I expected on iPad !😁 I finally have my reminders back on iPad ,YAY !

I would think that sharing your ETA is met to keep the person you are sharing with updated on you ETA. Therefore it would seem obvious that if your ETA changes they will be notified of this fact.

Does anyone else’s location service icon keep coming on yet nothing showing as recently using location in privacy settings?

I only have find my and motion calibration on, both show grey arrows not purple

my phone is stuck on the apple logo after downloading os 13.1 and just with a spinning wheel icon? any recommendations?

And if both people are on iOS 13 doesn’t it provide updates through the Maps app? Or am I misremembering something?

How do you share ETA ? I can't seem to find it .

Yes, this started in iOS13 although I only get it on FT Audio calls and it seems only when the other person has a bad connection. Weird. A workaround is to turn off mobile data.

That was going to be my other question because the person I shared with has 13.0 installed but not 13.1 yet so I was wondering if the other person needs to be on 13.1

Once I started navigation, there was a button next to details that says Share ETA
