Well I’m not really doing anything to stunt my experience. I turn on location services for navigation purposes only, otherwise for me it doesn’t need to be on. As far as email, I don’t get much so I just fetch manually.
My use is similar. I use the Apple ecosystem for files access to get data I need in my business, emails when I want to send or receive them, web access when I need it and a good camera is useful. This has to be as secure as practicable i.e. not Android and has to be on as large a screen in as small a form factor (for me) as available which means I use a XS (not Max). Cost isn’t an issue. To that end I have almost everything switched off unless I need it e.g. no routine background App refresh, only manual email, no Facebook / Twitter etc. If anyone needs me, they can text or phone - if they have the number. On a good week I have to charge my XS after about 6 day, on a heavy week, after about 4 days. Sure the phone can do a lot more but that is a lot more of stuff that I don’t need or want

... and I really only went to “13” for dark mode but now with “13.2.2“ I also have now have got back reliable email at last.

This is odd, but downgrading from iOS 13.3b1 to 13.2.2 seems to show a difference in True Tone intensity. My screen is a bit cooler now under the same conditions that more in line with true whites. Hope they keep it this way.

For whatever reason trying to downgrade doesn't work for me on my iPad Pro. After downgrading from the beta and signing out of iCloud and rebooting it still just stays stuck on "iCloud Drive is loading."

Anyone have any ideas? I've also tried just shutting off iCloud Drive, rebooting, and it still doesn't work.

Update a day ago but so far the battery is worse by a 10% on my pro max. Does it need a couple of charge cycle to improve?

Have you tried reset all setting? It worked in my case where my iPad overheat.

It took my promax a couple of days to show good battery life but everybody’s set up is different as far as apps and what you have enabled. Just wait a couple of days and then let us know if things have improved

Yes I’ll take another day to complete the test and let you know.

Is this a suggested best practice? Does it usually helps?

Hope Mail is fixed for you. I’ve not had any problems but my Mail (outlook email) use case is simpler than yours.

Only bug I am aware I still have is that Mail crashes every time when long press then forward an email from the inbox. If had not seen on a post would never have found it, as typically open and read an email before forwarding it.

I wouldn't have noticed it either if I hadn't read this post ;-))

Finally pulled trigger to update my iPad Air 3 from 13.1.3. One thing I noticed, double tap on Safari increase page zoom (back to pre 13.x). Very good thing indeed.
Wow, so you can actually confirm that Smart Zoom is indeed back with iOS 13.2.2? With every webpage? I’m glad you confirm this.

By the way, how is RAM management? Does Safari reload every time you open 3 or 4 more apps?

Thank you.

FYI, Mail app crashes on long press then forward not only from inbox, but also from Sent and all other folders. Reply works OK though.

Is this stable to use for older iphones like iphone 8 plus 64gb? I have seen in my phone that it needs and update and I still having doubt on updating it as it could degrade the battery life for iphone 8 plus models

Smart zoom is not in ever web pages. Not sure, what the criteria. RAM management has been back to normal.

The messages app shortcut / 3D Touch still does not remember the last 2 sent messages.

After about 36hrs i noticed app reloads for most of my apps.

Hello! Strong heating is observed on the iPhone 11 on iOS 13.2.2.

For example: 10 minutes CoD Mobile makes the phone hot like a mug of fresh coffee. Keeping it uncomfortable.
At 13.1 this was not.

Do you have such problems?

How stable is iOS 13.2.2? I'm still running 12.4.1 on my Xr given the **** show of iOS 13. Would this be the time to go through with the update?

Is Optimized Battery Charging working for anyone? It was working every night for me until 13.2, and it hasn't worked a single night since...

Possible to downgrade to 13.2.2 form 13.3 beta 1 without losing data? Shift update still works with ipsw?

Yes. Downloaded the 13.2.2 IPSW and hit shift+check for update. It loaded the file just fine on my 11 Pro Max.

Notifications have been acting a little wonky after downgrading though so who knows if it’s related or not to me going back to 13.2.2.

I also noticed in iPad Air 3. But it fixed until now 1.5 days after reset all settings. I updated from 13.1.3.

It worked the first night I put 13.0 on my iPhone 8 and never worked again. I recently bought an 11 Pro, upgraded it to 13.2.2, and restored my iPhone 8 backup to it, and it doesn’t work there either.

Anyone else have their Safari favorites window showing half size now? The favorites window when you go to type in the URL bar is really short now on my iPad with 13.2.2 and it's really annoying.

As in advertising does not work.
The maximum that came out is 90-100% charged for an hour.

Hmm. I have the opposite situation.
Now I am sitting and it seems that he is warming up in his work. Self confidence.
