Does anyone know if this addresses issues with the music app frequently freezing up crashing and reloading?

Another issues related is safari loading new tabs to a blank black screen of favicons?

The App Store constantly reloading when scrolling through different tabs looking at the apps?

Yes

Smart invert colours finally works as it should on this beta. Safari works like it should and finally shows the dark keyboard when Smart invert is enabled. It also finally work for the news app and other apps seems to works properly as well.

The only problem remaining now is the home page menu and notifications will invert if you are in dark mode and if you zoom, it will invert as well so you need to turn off dark mode and turn on smart invert to work without any issues but just making a quick siri shortcut will solve this problem for now.

Its finally a good update for me and I hope the final build will at least stay like this.

If you do smart invert and then reduce white point, does it get darker? Fingers crossed they finally restored that functionality from 12.

this happens to me too with exchange emails.
Still happening to me too. I realize this is a beta, but I have no hope of them fixing it in the final version. Pressing the filter button makes the mail appear in the inbox though immediately. Why they can't fix this is beyond me; what rubbish. I'll be jumping off the beta train after this. Everything about iOS 13 is beta.

Now with this beta, clicking a mail notification slides it to the right to show the open button. It does not open the mail directly upon clicking the notification in the notification centre. To get this, reset all settings after updating to this beta.
this behaviour also occurred in some previous iOS 13.x version.
don’t know the reason for this revert.

My WiFi speed seems to have taken a hit. About 30% slower than normal. Already reset network settings... yada yada yada

WiFi speeds are fine for me.

1. 3D Touch on a mail notification still doesn't work.

I think this issue and new e-mail not being present right away after opening the Mail app might be connected because after you open the Mail app and the new e-mail shows up in your inbox then 3D Touching the new e-mail notification works.

2. Push notifications are delayed or doesn't work. I got a new email more than 10 minutes ago but no notification on my iPhone. So I opened the Mail app and waited for "Checking for Mail..." to complete (took more than 10 seconds) and then the new e-mail showed up.

It seems to me that nothing's been fixed regarding e-mail.

I’m going to consider it fixed for me. I just launched Mail on my iPad Pro that’s on the current beta. It had a “5” number badge on the icon. When I launched the app they almost all appeared immediately, less than a second. And the unread indicators cleared very quickly, my wife must have read a couple at work, we share one of the iCloud accounts. So whether it was officially fixed or just a lot faster now than on my phone which is on the general release I’m satisfied.

Heat up/battery drain issue still present with iCloud photos, whenever you modify (take pictures or delete) anything in photos causing it to sync, the phone will stay very warm and battery will drain by over 500mA. Its plugged into PC USB which gives 500mA power, and its down to 97% now in 20 mins. Only fix is a reboot.

Battery life on this beta is so much better. I noticed right away. I’m at 88% still and unplugged last night: even used it a bit to watch a video then went to bed. Woke up and check some notifications and order a car and now on a call.

Does this fix memory management in Safari? Right now I have 7 tabs open. Every time I switch to a different tab the page refreshes. It’s almost as bad as the first iPad Air with 1Gb RAM. But this is on the latest iPad Pro with 4GB RAM. So annoying.

This is very annoying. I have the Microsoft Edge browser loaded, and it doesn't refresh like Safari does. There must be some issue with apps refreshing in iOS 13 as Edge does not do this. Tabs open for several hours, go back and they are still open and no refresh. Safari on the other hand, leave for a few minutes and they refresh when you come back.

XS Max on B2
Very concerning issue after this update.
Had several phone calls yesterday and a couple this morning. Apparently I am not getting all my calls (AT&T).
From three of the callers I was told they previously called and after a few rings it went to voicemail. One left a VM. It was there. No ring on my side. No listing of a call in Recents. When I look at my AT&T listing on line, it shows that calls were placed.
Going to do some major playing / testing today as time permits.

One bit of decent news so far; no echo.
One bit of lame news; mail has not improved.

More to come I am sure.
