All Devices iOS 13.3.1 Beta 2 ― Bug Fixes, Changes, and Improvements

I reverted to to 13.3 and do not have any issues with tabs reloading. I currently have 10-12 open and switch between without reloads.

13.3 Bluetooth works fine for my adapter in my car. The betas it does not. It connects then immediately gives device errors. I’m am using a viseeo tune2air vma1000 that’s plugged into my built in 30 pin in my suv. The factory Bluetooth works fine for calls only.

Very concerning issue after this update.
Had several phone calls yesterday and a couple this morning. Apparently I am not getting all my calls (AT&T).
From three of the callers I was told they previously called and after a few rings it went to voicemail. One left a VM. It was there. No ring on my side. No listing of a call in Recents. When I look at my AT&T listing on line, it shows that calls were placed.
Going to do some major playing / testing today as time permits.

One bit of decent news so far; no echo.
One bit of lame news; mail has not improved.

More to come I am sure.

Update:
Had 6 more calls and one that did not come through. Spent some time with AT&T this morning and they had me do a couple of things.
It was also noted that sending photos via iMessage to a non-iPhone was a very slow process. Sending takes as long as 30 seconds. Doesn't matter if it is wifi or LTE.

I'm curious, are you using eSIM? Wi-Fi Calling? Have you done a network reset?

Can anyone lock a new note?

I have several locked notes. I can unlock them with Face ID and I can unlock them with the password I originally used. Now when I try to create a new note and then lock it, I use the password that unlocks them but the new notes won't lock. This still hasn't been fixed.

It happens on my iOS and my MacOS devices.
 
My Verizon service seems to be having random disconnects with this beta. Doesn’t even connect to WiFi calling when it happens. It didn’t do this before

No eSim.
Wifi - have tried it off and on. Had it on when it first occurred. Turned it off and it still happened. Back on after the AT&T call. AT&T had me do a network reset.
AT&T wants me to go in and replace the Sim. Will do that after work.

I just tried (XS Max) and was able to create and lock a note. Existing and New.

Thanks. I don’t blow what’s wrong then. Unlocks fine with password but can’t lock new. Very odd.
 
Does anyone know they fixed the problem with Photos (blurry pictures) and they fixed the problem with changing the iPhone 7 wallapeper? btw I think iOS 13 is the worst iOS ever :(
 
So, I’m trying to install beta 2 just so I can report some stuff on my iPad, and I’m just getting an error message. I’ve tried both the dev and public beta profiles, and they won’t work. I wonder what’s going on.

Glad it’s not just me. I’m guessing they pulled it but no idea why. Can’t install on my iPad Pro or iPhone XS

If Apple pulled it then you shouldn't be getting an error. You would only see that your iPhone is up to date. No?

Can you try after force restarting your iPhone? (You may already have but in case you didn't)

I tried that earlier on my iPad. It didn’t do anything.

Seems that was a problem earlier with some version of iOS13. I thought it was fixed in one of the releases. Apparently not, still an issue on 13.3 too. Old notes unlock with pswd or FaceID but can't lock a new one.

[Edit] Fixed by resetting notes password in settings>notes. I reset it to the same I was already using for the old notes and can now add a password to new notes.

yea, this is what I just did. I couldn't figure out how to do them all at once so I removed the locks, reset password, then used the same to re-lock them. what a royal PITA

That’s an old bug I reported here and to Apple a couple months ago. Don’t know if they ever solved but I did myself by using the Reset password option and just using the same password I had been using. Worked fine after that.
