New reading goals in the books app

This is so logical, to be honest.
I have no idea why do people install the beta on the watch before the iPhone.

Because it wasn’t available for the phone and I figured might as well download it while I wait for it to be available. How is it logical that a watch won’t work until you download the newest software on your phone??

Also what about people with iPhone 6 and Apple watches? Someone definitely would of downloaded watchOS 6 and not thought twice about it. Now their watch is bricked until they upgrade their phone.

With keyboard paired hit command space to search for app and drag that icon, you can also drag apps from the home screen.

Unfortunately I don‘t have a keyboard to pair. Is that required to be able to drag from the home screen though? Because my icons either don’t move or they go into wiggle mode.

I didn’t think it was possible to install watchOS upgrades prior to you first updating your iPhone. That might be a beta issue allowing this.

Can someone tell me what this middle button is for?

No keyboard needed for home screen. Could be a beta thing - it’ll work from home screen (does on iOS 12 at least)

So you think that’s perfectly fine? No notices that you need iOS 13 and then someone has to send their watch to Apple to get it downgraded? Doesn’t make sense.

I don’t think it’s "perfectly fine" but you're using beta software. If you play with stuff that’s not meant to be used by the general public without really knowing what you're doing it’s ultimately your own fault - in my opinion. I would assume that if it'd be the final release it wouldn‘t install and iOS would tell you that it requires iOS 13.

Quite logical since it’s been that way since WatchOS 2 or 3, at least.

I feel bad for you, but this really is why they don’t want non-developers doing this. Every beta install has a warning saying it should only be done on a developmental, not primary, device. The Watch doesn’t even allow public betas because you can’t revert.

Well yeah, I'm talking about the beta and asked because it worked fine in iOS 12. Let's hope i'‘s a beta thing because I have a few Apps that I frequently use in split-view or slideover that aren’t in/don’t fit in my dock.

Oh no doubt it’s my fault 100 percent. I’ll end up getting it fixed one way or the other lol.

Haha. It's only for access to connect to your Hotspot doesn't really have to do anything with the carriers :)

Oh. I was thinking that this was to share the personal hotspot. Odd choice in nomenclature, to have 2 features with very similar names.
