Is this new? When you’re adjusting the volume, you can swipe the volume hud away to get the skinnier one.

In all of the videos I've seen, it does it automatically after adjusting for a second...no?

Make sure you have the latest Whatsapp version in case the restore downloaded an older one for some reason.

The installed WhatsApp version is the same as the WhatsApp version chat was backed on.

1. Install iOS 13 beta 2 on a spare iPhone 7 (never used) just to mess around.

Or

2. Install iOS 13 beta 2 on my daily driver iPhone X.

Has there been a change to how Slide Over works in iOS/iPadOS 13? (Aside from being able to switch between apps)?
I'm struggling to be able to get rid of a "slid over" application, I used to just slide it to the right but that seems not to be working now.

You have to slide it to the right but grabbing the window on its left edge, not the bottom or top.

I seem to be having wifi issues with my tp-link deco m5s with fast roaming on.

I reset network settings and then made it so my iPhone doesn't use mesh networking and it seems ok now.

Xs Max:

SCREENSHOTS: can take and edit all I want but does not save to camera roll. Also cannot send anywhere from the edit app. It hangs at "preparing".

TV APP: Library>Downloaded. In Dark Mode only the preview graphic and run-time are readable. File name is in black so does not show up. I’d show a screenshot but see above

MUSIC APP: as others, getting the "verification code sent" window. But no code sent, nor do I have Apple Music subscription.

Solution to Screenshots "Preparing", just reboot and it should work fine.

It keeps coming back whenever I go back into the music app.

I reinstalled the Music app and that fixed it.

What worked for me was deleting the music app, re-downloading it from the AppStore. Haven’t had the pop up again since. Only thing I had to do was resync all my music in iTunes since erasing the app deletes the music also

Exactly. The XS Max dropped WiFi. And stayed off during the test. It’s unreliable. Meanwhile the XR had no issues maintaining a connection. Even when I placed it in a low signal spot. It still gave me speeds of 30-60mbps while the XS Max kept dropping.

And you've tried resetting your network settings?

Yes. Just plug back into iTunes and sync

Two, WhatsApp notifications on the lock screen/ notification centre, are they showing properly or just Message from XXXX?

Notifications are still buggy. Some resent messages disappear and reappear. It’s useable but definitely not bug free.

Yes, i'm even not able to connect to the Appstore using LTE or 3G. Just Wifi is working for the Appstore.

Disabled iCloud photos and from 60ish GB it jumped to over 80GB. More than this suddenly iCloud shows 70GB (full size) and there’s no way it was downloaded all.
Any suggestions?

cleaned out full library on both Mac and iPhone... now my space on iPhone shows the right values (of course have to resysnc all related to the Apple ID as I logged out completely and cleaned all)

photo sync seems to be back to normal... will leave the phone on its own as much as possible although it'll take days to sync all my library even in optimize storage (over 125k photos and videos). for now I left the Mac sync off just not to mess with the cloud (I got today a photo locked message in iCloud which scared me a bit).

Well this confirms it. This beta isn’t the reason why the XS Max WiFi drops in medium signals areas the XS Max antennas just really suck vs the XR.

The. XR is connected to Wifi I can see the wifi bar signal it doesn't say LTE like the XS. Lying pretty much ^^

That’s the point. His XsMax kept disconnecting from WiFi while trying to run the test, while the Xr ran the test and stayed in WiFi with no issues.

I seem to remember this happening last year around this time, but am being too lazy to check. It seems that I have lost being able to open Private Browsing tabs in safari. Both 8+ and 10.5 IPP. Worked fine on Beta 1 but the option just isn’t there anymore.

Yes, can confirm: no private browsing option and no way to clear history. The option is greyed out.

There’s a bug involving reenabling stock apps. The only solution is to reinstall iOS right now.

It has a newer Bluetooth radio than the iPhone 7. Makes sense to me.

I just had a really weird bug after doing a DFU clean restore: all 3rd party apps were crashing, even after doing multiple restarts. It fixed itself when i downloaded another app
