Facebook marketplace website won’t work on safari on iPad desktop website mode and it will always force you to use the mobile app in beta 3.

I cannot delete history and website data in Safari, anyone else experiencing this? Also, it seems handoff is not working between devices for Safari...I seem to remember this being an problem last summer whilst testing iOS 12 developer release, as well. Anyone have a workaround?

Just to be clear the following are not working:

1. Clearing History in Safari by opening Safari, tapping on the Bookmarks icon, tapping on the History icon, the Clear button is greyed out; also tapping on the windows icon in the upper righthand corner does not reveal any of my open Safari pages on any of my other devices

2. Settings => Safari => Clear History and Website Data is greyed out

3. Settings => Safari => Advanced => Website Data => Clear is NOT greyed out and will remove any website data listed here; however, after clearing here when I open Safari, the history continues to appear

I have already tried the following:
-Reset Network Settings
-Turned off iCloud => Safari and on devices and turned back on
-Verified no restrictions/ScreenTime

This is duplicated on both iPad Air 2 and iPhone XS Max running iOS 13 Dev Release beta 3 and has continued since beta 2.

I have no such problems. I can clear history.

This is so annoying. All of the sudden the Private Browsing Button is missing. I can open a private tab if I 3D touch Safari from the Home screen. But since the Private button missing, I can’t go back to regular tabs. I have to 3D Touch again from the Home screen to open a regular tab. This is making it hard to watch porn.
Hit the box on the bottom of safari. Private option shows to switch.

YouTube app since the last update has been extremely buggy and freezes all the time, especially on iPad. The video will play with still images and working audios. Navigating around is tough and minimising video will often freeze the playback. Restart device wont solve the problem nor does restart YouTube app. Beta 3.

You and me both. I’ve read similar issues here awhile back. I’ve reported it though

Has anyone seen the garage door “card” on the CarPlay dashboard view since beta 1? I have not.

I just found out with this workaround, after watching porn, I close all tabs in private mode and exit the app, but since I can’t just change to regular tabs, when I open Safari again, it’s in Private mode and the url of my last visited website is on the address bar but the page is the homepage with my bookmarks etc, it’s just that you can literally see my last visited site on the address bar even if I closed all tabs before I closed the app.

My private button is still there. I don’t watch porn. You have probably watched porn so it was removed.

Ouch, that’s quite a few issues. Tried reinstalling the app? No issues for me at all with the Youtube app. Working with no issues on my Ipad Pro 12.9” and 11” 2018s, both of course on dev 3 beta.

Haven’t tried that yet, but zollotech also reports similar issues on YouTube app, although he demonstrates the multitasking with YouTube app, rather than YouTube app alone.

What is a key-mono lightning effect?

Edit: I did google it. I don’t understand it well but it refers to something involved in portrait mode

But is it A12 exclusive. Even if it is Air 3 and Mini 5 won’t get this I’m sure because they don’t have portrait mode

But it’s literally only a different effect for portrait mode, it doesn’t make sense to not have this onother iPhone’s that support Portrait Lighting, like iPhone 8 and X

Do you know how processor intensive this effect is versus the others? My guess: much more so.

Apple typically doesn’t introduce device specific features solely for marketing purposes at this point in the cycle. If they were doing that only to sell phones (as is frequently alleged) why not wait till the new phones in September?
