As many pointed out, there is no iPadOS forum. When looking at Apple release notes, they also merge iOS and iPadOS. It might quite possibly be that there aren’t substantial changes that distinguish iPadOS from iOS. Voice your feedback here. Or you can just ignore iPadOS related changes.

That’s fair. Didn’t know they merge the notes like that. Although it is still a hassle for some of us to sort through the changes in these thread when it’s for two devices.

iPad and IPhone have really always been two completely different devices, with different features, and now it’s official, with the change to its own separate OS. We had one thread because Apple grouped both devices under ‘iOS’.

But I suppose it’s always been that way. Maybe in the future!

It’s not missing. You just have to tap and hold on the image, tap “more”, then tap the trashcan icon. That’s how it’s always been.

Not there. If you go into the attachements of a thread, you see all the images etc belonging to this conversation. Here the delete button is gone. How else am I supposed to delete images? I am not gonna scroll through 1 year of messages to delete photos one by one.

Anybody have this now at the bottom?
Doesn’t actually do anything either when I press it. Now it’s stuck there.

Dark mode seems to be adaptive throughout the day. During the daytime mail app was a grey color and now at night is pure black.
Nope, its grey because you have a draft

just try to write a new mail and swipe the new mail screen down to the bottom, mail app is grey now

Which iCloud sync do I need to turn off for my shortcuts to work.

they work great on phone and pad.

but they do not work on my watch or my HomePod.

watch os 6

homepod iOS 12.3 I think

iOS 13 beta 5 on iPhone XS Max and iPad Pro

I still see emails of an exchange inbox after it has been deactivated. No change since beta 1

Inbox activated

The missing text at the bottom of the Mail app is driving me crazy. Wish they fixed this.

Looking into this a little further, it seems the "All Inboxes" page is missing the mail status at the bottom of the page. However, individual "Inbox" pages, for each account DO show the Status at the bottom of each. So this is only an issue for those who have more than one email account in the native Mail app.

not seeing this in london. Dev 5 is out but not public yet... p

not seeing this in london. Dev 5 is out just not the public 4... ?!?

Not seeing the public betas for either iPhone or iPad

I‘m member of the AppleSeed Program and its called Public Beta 4 because Public Beta members will get the same build a few days later than us.

Developer Beta 5 = Public Beta 4 = AppleSeed Beta 4

Edit: Added screenshot, look at the text. Its different compared to dev or public beta profile. Its called public beta for some reasons but it isn’t.

I can confirm this. I am going to try deleting the app and start with a fresh activation to see if that helps.
Any word on whether that fixed it? I was planning to update from PB3 when beta 4 drops later today. May have to hold off though if I can’t access my work email.

Can we please stop including IPad OS changes to IOS 13 thread?

Moderator Note:

At this point, it is fine to discuss iPadOS changes in this thread. We have changed the thread prefix to "All Devices" to make that more clear. If you would like to discuss the pros/cons of this, pease use the Site and Forum Feedback thread @Banglazed linked. Thank You

Yep, this is absolutely correct. Good catch.

Anyone not see announce messages with Siri under notifications? Or lose the control center toggle? I have AirPods 2 and also tried to forget them and then repair them.

I’m not seeing the option either. Checked under both notifications and the Siri and search settings.

Using iPhone XS Max.
