RBC Canada (banking) app crashes when I try to sign in with faceid. Also crashed on beta 6. Works fine if I type in password though.

I just signed up for the public beta, I’m seeing beta 6 as the available software update... is that dev beta 7?

A question,

peek & pop on websites , has the pop disappear?? It’s a bug or in iOS 13 it’s gonna be so?

Maybe delete the mail app, restart the phone and download from app store? It helped me before to remove some issues I had. Not saying it will help you, but it might be worth a try.

As said earlier. I’ve already tried that and it don’t work. :(

Mail seems buggy for me still. I get notifications on my watch that I have a new mail message, yet the mail app doesn’t show it right away.

using exchange server. Anyone else notice this?
Mail is still a dumpster fire for me with Exchange accounts. Messages don't load properly, the tableview is full of blank rows and messages not appearing on time. It doesn't feel like it's gotten any better for me the past few betas.

So i wanted to wait till the GM to install iOS 13 but the battery on 12.4 comparing to 12.3 was so bad that i decided to update to the newest beta to check how it's running. I know that probably it's been said hundreds times but i hate that they removed pop in photos and other apps but what suprised me is that it still works in twitter and other 3rd party apps.
3D Touch on icons is... quite slow. The animation is super smooth but i wish it was a lot faster, like in iOS12. I am also quite suprised they left haptic touch and 3D Touch on phones that have 3D Touch. I am also suprised of the Haptic Touch cause it's actually quite fast for a long press.
Scrolling in apps and home screen is def worse, it's not as smooth.
I turned on the haptics when unlocking the phone and when i restarted my phone, the haptic was gone even though the option was still on (had to turn it off and on to work again).
Just like it was said before, the second row doesn't show anything when you're typing in instagram or messages app.
I feel like there is delay when swiping back. For example when i'm in settings app and go to bluetooth and want to go back swiping from the left to the right, i have to do it 2 or 3 times. I don't know, maybe i'm doing it too fast but feels weird.
Not gonna talk about Mail app because i don't use it at all.

Overall after few minutes it's not bad at all. At this moment i wonder if the battery would be at least a little bit better than on 12.4.

It’s better than 12.4. That was much worse for me.

It used to be occasional...now it’s every single release. Group FaceTime, iMessage in iCloud (which still doesn’t work particularly well, and still doesn’t update Watch), now potentially the AirPods thing (still not clear if it supports Gen 1) and Shortcuts Automatsure I’m missing some, not to mention the many hardware misses.[/QUOTE

I don’t know if it has come back in this beta, but shared iCloud folders is another functionality that has been missing I pin the last betas and was announced for iOS 13.

By the way, I’ve been having problems replying in this forum (iPadOS, Safari, software keyboard) since the first beta. Whenever I type the delete key it keeps auto pressing until everything has been erased.

I reported it a month ago and the issue still persists.

Same thing just happened to me. Connected my ATT iPhone Xs Max to my Verizon 8 Plus hotspot and could not get my phone to get past “Update Requested” until I connected to a different network.

Last week I was staying at a hotel for the whole week. Lovely hotel, awful WiFi connection. I don’t own an Android phone anymore and it was my first time trying to install a beta update using iOS’ hotspot (my iPad is LTE enabled, I intended to update my iPhone using the iPad connection and vice versa). It didn’t work and I thought it had always been that way.

I finally got everything updated 24 hours later using the hotel WiFi.
